This rack is great when I’m riding with a bunch of buddies. I’ve had six bikes on here multiple times and there is no frame rubbing, rattling, etc. The way the bikes rest on the rack does seem a little unsafe, so I always cable lock through the front wheels after the bikes are on. My only complaint is the rack is heavy and cumbersome if there are only a couple riders. I frequently wish I had kept my old four bike Thule classic as a backup. That being said, this is much more convenient than having to put additional roof rails on for a bigger group. Overall I am very happy with it!

Dosent work for Dh or peddle assist bikes. The cradles don’t fit. Says you can buy DH cradle. But can’t find anywhere.

This thing is incredible. Have been hauling 6 bikes to and from multiple locations off the back of our minivan and it does wonders. It is super easy to use. A little heavy to put into storage but once you get use to the bikes on the back you can get anywhere. Tip: be sure to use a torque wrench on install of the bolt to the hitch, otherwise this thing will shake a lot.

Great Rack, mounted the bikes and it held well on a 400 mile road trip around Central Oregon even offroad. Only issue is there is a small wiggle, not as tight or able to be tightened in a 2″ receiver. Enough to hear it moving and adjusting while driving, only reason it’s not five stars.
Biggest complaint is there is not a great way to lock/secure the bike rack to the truck or the bikes to the rack. Hanging mine and my son’s multiple thousand dollar mountain bikes to the rack would be nice if it came with or had available locking mounting points.
Another gripe is the fitment in the hitch. Have an Allen cheap rack that allows you to adjust/tighten the rack for best fitment in the hitch, wish an $850 rack had this feature.
It holds 6 bikes, whole family can go out on an adventure and for that reason alone its worth the price. Hit a sale, got it under $700, still a big investment but family all out together is worth it.

On my 1st use of this rack I hit a bump in the road and the straps that hold the bars popped open causing 2 of my 3 bikes to fall off and get some damage. I expect better at a rack that is 800 dollars. I will be returning this.
