They are normal co2 cartridges with average pressure and a good seal I haven’t used many premium co2s and this is not one you get what you pay for if your not planning on using your gun for a bunch of shots and you don’t want to keep it with pressure it will blow your seal so this cartridge will give you a couple dozen shots good power and then it’s not to much to discharge the little pressure remaining it’s just right for the price premium carts are 5 x more
