I live in an apartment with a hard wood floors and bought this to stretch and do some jumping exercises on. I’ve had it for about a month and it’s been great so far. It’s firm with the exact amount of cushion I was looking for to soften my landing. (I’m not very big ~116, so not sure how well it works for larger people.) It folds easily, is super light weight and the handles make it easy to move around. It also wipes off easily which is imperative for me. I’ll see how it holds up over the next year, but so far I like it.

I bought this mat hoping to use it for yoga but it’s a bit too thick and squishy to balance on one leg during certain yoga poses. It would be a great sleeping mat for car camping. I feel it was a good value for the money, it’s nicely made, just not a good choice for yoga.

Super light. Easy to fold up and put away. I highly recommend if you are looking for something to get off the floor, you will not regret it. I use it for sit ups and yoga. It supports your back really well.

I’ve been in search for a while for something thicker than a “thick” yoga mat for doing at-home workouts using a program that incorporates a lot of pilates, yoga, strength, and stretching exercises. This mat is fantastic! Finally, a mat with enough padding for my knees and back and still supportive enough to balance while standing on one foot. It folds up in a snap using the handles and I store it folded along the wall where it stands up by itself and takes up little space. My cats haven’t been able to catch the material with their claws either (they claw my standard yoga mat and leave mat bits everywhere), which for me is a huge bonus! I’ve been using it for about 6 weeks now, and like it enough that I’d buy it again.
