Thus far, have purchased 4 of these watches for gifts and the recipients have been
more than happy. The display of this watch is easily seen due to the large display,
and also offers straightforward information to the viewer ( time, day, date ). The
backlight is the “illuminator” type, lighting up the entire face, making seeing the
display nothing less than ‘ remarkable’. Water resistant to 100 feet, the case is
also low to the wrist, fitting easily under a shirt sleeve cuff due to its short
height. The braclet may last only 2 – 3 years, but is easily replaced at a low cost;
the battery is stated to last 10 years, but I know of these batteries lasting con-
siderably longer.
The best part for last – these watches are available for less than $20.00. Who
could ask for anything more?

Great watch! Good price. Has duel time if your into that stuff. And stop watch. Main watch screen has the date and day. I use this at work and it’s better then reaching into your pocket to grab your phone. Keep it simple!

This watch has some really amazing features that makes it, in my opinion , a much better choice than other more popular Casio models.
The case has the perfect size and it sits great on my wrist, and the display has large numbers that are very easy to see without my eyeglasses. The display contains all the information you need including the year in full 4 digits. It’s also very light and water resistance is good. I don’t submerge it anywhere really, but occasionally I take showers with it at hot temperatures , but the watch doesn’t fail nor fogs. The strap is longer than other Casio models including the F91W, so I guess it will be adequate for people with bigger wrists.
For the price, it is a steal and I bought a second piece for a friend as christmas present. Highly recommended.

I ordered this watch for a relative who can no longer tell time with an analog watch. He can read numbers just fine.
This is a nice looking watch. It took me a bit of time to figure out how to set everything. Their instructions are pretty well written but I still got confused for a bit.
We have had this watch for about 2 months and everything works great. If it were in a bright summery color, I would wear it. Casio….make it in hot pink.

In an age where it seems everyone has a smart watch, I decided to daily wear this Casio W800HG-9AV. So far, it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. I hated the feeling of my Apple Watch constantly telling me: “Look at me! Look at me! I need your constant attention because you have a new notification!”. Now the only reason I look at my wrist is if I genuinely need to use any of this watches features or to admire the stylish 90’s vibe this watch gives off. Speaking of features, this watch is perfect for the tinkerers that love to modify their tech. Carefully taking apart and making tiny modifications to the watch module can unlock even more complications such as: a countdown timer and even multiple alarms (warning: these modifications require a steady hand as the module and parts for this watch are extremely small, but are easy enough to do. YouTube tutorials will be your best friend). Within the first few minutes of receiving my watch, I took it apart and did a modification to add the countdown timer complication. That increased the value/functionality of this watch by tenfold and I believe the value you get for the price of this watch is already unmatched. I haven’t taken this watch off since receiving it unless I’m going to shower even if that’s unnecessary with it’s 100 meters of water resistance. Yes, it does less than the Apple Watch can, but I found keeping a simple yet functional time piece that isn’t constantly begging for your attention through constant notifications has been great and at the price point of $23.62 (higher than what I’ve seen some people pay for it, but inflation in 2023 is what it is), there’s not much more you could ask for. I’ll be wearing this watch until it no longer works and with an established brand like Casio, that could be 10+ years. A great purchase for anyone needing a functional and stylish time piece that looks straight out of the 90’s.

This is a perfect, inexpensive digital watch. It includes all the features I need in a digital watch: time/date display, alarms, stopwatch and countdown timer.
I’ve read other reviews lamenting the lack of a countdown timer on this watch, but this watch truly DOES include a countdown timer.. you just have to “enable” it. There are several YouTube videos that teach you how to enable the countdown timer.. just search for “w800h module timer.” The basic steps include opening the case, removing the module, desoldering a jumper, and reassembling the watch. This whole process takes about 5 minutes, but it’s worth the effort to add a countdown timer feature!

The watch does everything as advertised. I have owned one of these in the far past so I knew what I was getting.
It is a bargain because it is a very old model that is still available at a very low cost. It has most of the features of a contemporary model. The materials are good but not excellent. Expect at least a year of serviceability before the strap breaks.
It is what we all thought of as ” state of the art “not too many years ago.
The negatives:
The strap is somewhat brittle and will break from ordinary daily use in about a year.
The lens is a inexpensive plastic so scratching is likely.
The fonts are smaller the most current models.

Got this to wear while surfing. Truly waterproof as I’ve spent hours in the water and it’s held up fine. I actually like the band, it feels like the soft rubber on Apple Watch bands but not as soft or nice. Still comfortable to wear for long periods of time though. The band is rather large/long but that comes in handy if putting over a thick wetsuit. I haven’t used the timer function but the time is easy to read. Very durable as well. I’m not gentle with my things and usually toss this in the bottom of my beach bag and although it’s got some scratches it still looks and works totally fine. I like the all black color way which is simple and doesn’t draw attention. I also wear it as my regular watch sometimes. Great buy for under $20!

仕事中に付けてますが時間と日付が同時に見れるので見やすいです。
デザインもシンプルでゴツ過ぎず女性でも使いやすいと思います。
腕時計欲しいけどG-SHOCKはちょっとという方にはおすすめです。
タープカシオは画面が結構傷つきやすいので自分は専用のフィルムを貼って使ってます。（それもAmazonで売ってます）
長く使いたい方は貼ることをおすすめします。
