This is a really well-made and elegant looking 6 quart nonstick pan with lid.
We will use this to cook different foods such as pepper steak, ribs, cream of broccoli with chicken and maybe even some steaks on this.
I like that it heats up pretty quickly and has even heating on the bottom of the pan.
All of our foods that we tried it on cooked quickly and even released easily from the pan.
I found it easy to wipe down with a damp cloth and when I did need to wash it doing so in the kitchen sink was sufficient and easy to do.
If I put it in the dishwasher I fear that it could get scratched or scuffed so I will hand wash this pan after we use it.
Hopefully it lasts for many years with good care. I like it.

I decided I get this 6 quart pan with lid as it is a size I didn’t already have and allows for a variety of uses. I tend to slow cook and the size allows for roasting and braising as well as making a stew.
The nonstick surface really works great with both cooking and cleaning. Yes, cleaning is a breeze compared to some of my other cookware making this a pleasure to use! It is important to me to use cookware that doesn’t use forever chemicals and is nontoxic, making this pan all that more impressive.
This is my first experience using cookware from Caraway and I can safely say, I will be buying more of their cookware for my kitchen in the near future.

First of all these pans are just stunning to look at. Big kudos to the designers because just WOW they look fantastic. Everything was really well thought out visually from the packaging to the instruction booklet to the design of the pans themselves.
As far as how the pans cook, you aren’t supposed to use anything higher than low to medium heat per the instruction booklet. We’ve used Caraway pots/pans for a while now and have gone as high as med-high heat with no problems… yet.
The outside diameter of the pan is about 11 3/4” and the bottom burner ring diameter is about 9” in diameter. I mention this so you can check your stove and see if this size works for you. The outside height of the pan without the lid is about 3 3/4”. This pan works well with our induction cooktop.
The surface is certainly non-stick. You won’t need much butter or oil and clean up was a breeze. We normally wash it with a sponge (with soap) only and not with a scrubby sponge to protect the finish. They also include a sponge with the pan in case there’s a stain, but it’s not supposed to be used regularly.
The “helper” handles are not really useable without potholders, as they get much too hot. The pan is easy to handle for such a large pan and a good weight.
I can’t say how well they will hold up over a long time, but we’ve been using various Caraway pots/pans for over a year now and they look as good today as the day we got them.

First thing: this pan is gorgeous. Looks better in person than it does in the photos, and I don’t mind leaving it on my stove to brighten up the kitchen. It just looks lovely there.
So far I’ve made chicken, braised porkchops, fried rice, and pancakes in this thing. Everything has come out perfectly. And cleanup has been incredibly easy for all of the things that I’ve made. The materials that came with it didn’t make any mention of being dishwasher safe, so I’ve just handwashed it every time.
I used my laser heat sensor to check the evenness of the heat, and there were no unexpected hotspots on the bottom of the pan when I was heating it up. There was the expected minor variance from the center to the edge, but it was more even than virtually of my my other pans.
Highly recommended.

This pan has exceeded my very high expectations! I know it’s not a frying pan, but I ended up using it to cook some fish and not only did the fish not stick but it browned very evenly and the perfect amount – my five-year-old even said it was the best fish I had ever made! You do need to use non-stick utensils with this pan, according to the included instructions. The pan is very easy to clean and it came with a cleaning eraser to remove any stains that develop. I’m so impressed with this pan I’m looking into other Caraway pans to add to my collection of pots and pans!

The Caraway six quart pan is heavy to hold, beautiful to look at and easy to clean. The pan looked so nice I just didn’t want to mess it up with cooking in it. The quality is top notch as well. The pan inside surface looks spectacular and sparkling. The outside is cream colored and modern. The pan is versatile, it can be useful on my induction cooktop as well as my gas stove and that was a major plus for me. The large pan heated evenly and consistently. You don’t need a high heat setting to get a good searing in you meats. The lid has a low profile metal handle, that is as equally heavy duty as the pan itself and fits flat and stays stable. The food does not stick to the surface and washing was simple enough. The surface seems to be scratch resistant and is holding up well, but I only use silicone utensils.

Its description focuses on its versatility and that you can use this item in various ways: braising, frying, simmering etc.
However, it is very easy to burn your fingers/hands if you absentmindedly try to handle a hot pan as the handles are constructed of all non-heat resistant metal.
So, pot holders are a must.
As with any non-stick surface, non-metal utensils are a must and care must be taken when cleaning so you don’t scratch or mar the cooking surface.
But, their present asking price of $145.00 for this item is quite exorbitant.

This pot is so versatile! I love that I can use this like a regular pan and not splatter oil all over my stovetop. I’m quite a messy cook, and this has helped. I’m also a saucy cook, so this has allowed me to make more meals that are sauced focused. It’s awesome for pasta and rice – the ultimate one-pot meal dish. The non-stick works very well too. I did deduct a star because it is SO heavy. I appreciate the quality, but the weight just feels unnecessary. And because it’s such a thick pan, it take forever to heat up.
