Not bad perches UNLESS you have a toothpick maker in your home. Not very thick for large birds and for those who destroy wood anything in minutes. Great for smaller birds from Senegal on down.

I purchase this product because I needed a Y shaped stick. I thought I’d be able to remove the bolt at the end. I was wrong! LOL!! It’s a very sturdy product. The stick is quality and that bolt is not going anywhere!

We got this for our Green Cheek Conure for his nighttime/sleeping perch. I chose this one because of how close it is to living in the wild. Real wood, not plastic. Sturdy too. Can be rotated and he will always have a different way to perch and not cause him any perch fatigue.

I really liked the size and shape of the perches. They fit well in my small budgie cage. The birds took to them right away and enjoy sitting on them especially at the forked branches. The forked parts could be a little longer. I notice their poop doesn’t stick to well to them so they are a lot easier to clean compared to dowel perches.
I also like how they attach. Very firm and secure. My budgies are young and they jump and fly a lot and they have caused other style perches to fall out of place. These are very sturdy.

These branch perches are great. Easy to attach to cage , easy to place almost anywhere in cage. Birds like to sit on the, gnaw on them and the perches are very sturdy. Excellent quality for price. I have ten or eleven.

My cockatiel has always been a very happy bird, but I knew there is always something missing in his life. Previous to buying this wooden perch he had to stand on a cheap plastic perch. I think for cockatiels standing on a plastic purchase kind of like getting dollar store makeup: you waste your money on some cheap product that just doesn’t cut it. Well then I came across the Penn-Plax Wooden Perch. I knew right then and there that THIS was the one. When I brought it home and took the plastic perch out, my cockatiel began to chirp… because he saw the wooden perch on the floor. He knew that cheap piece of crap was going away and he was movin’ on up in the bird world. Well this perch has not let my cockatiel down and he looks happier than ever. The Penn Plax Wooden Perch saved me hours and money in getting a pet psychiatrist, which I was considering getting for my cockatiel. Now he sings and talks all day long and doesn’t try to bite my fingers off anymore. Thank you Penn-Plax Wooden Perch for your amazing product. My cockatiel is recommending your product to all of his cockatiel friends… but apparently it’s being talked about among the budgies, parrots, and myna birds. You know how birds like to chatter. You get what you pay for. Bark is roughly shaved off. Bird does like using it
Had to get a replacement the first time as the screw came out of the perch. Screw is a bit too big for perch diameter so it cracked. Luckily I noticed it falling off and removed it before it fell with bird on it. They were quick to replace it for me.
