3.8 โญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธ I actually really enjoyed it up until the end. It was emotional, and cute and then we got to the end and it just felt rushed. No way would they have just moved on that fast and to the point of moving on that they did. They read one letter and then bam they couldnโt stop hugging her. Like be for real. I wouldโve preferred they took a couple of weeks/months slowly reading ALL the letters and slowly integrating her into their and Diems life. That wouldโve been more realistic. And I also wouldโve preferred the reason for her not calling or getting help had been because she was incapacitated due to the attempts she speaks about and not because she had a panic attack and maybe fell and hit her head but doesnโt know. Like that to me would still be hard for me to get over as the parents of Scotty, he suffered for six hours alone and then when you found out you still wouldnโt tell us why you didnโt help and now 5 years later itโs because you went home and maybe hit your head and maybe fainted but you donโt know?!? I just think it wouldโve been easier to digest as the parents if it had been she took some ๐ after being overcome with grief, passed out but ultimately was found. All in all I did enjoy it, it was a super quick read (3hrs), I even got a little emotional for a second. But to wrap up the whole conflict in the last 2% of the book was just not fleshed out enough for me. And definitely not with how closely they were interacting with her after hating her and blaming her for their miracle childโs death for 5 yrs. So it was the outcome I wanted but the path to it just didnโt make sense.

This is one of the best books Iโve read in a while and I read lots of books! The characters come to life as the author is so descriptive and gives them relatable personalities. I literally got chills numerous times throughout reading, especially at the end. Well written, well done!

I just finished reading “Reminders of Him” by Colleen Hover. What a good book! This book took me through a gambit of emotions (I cried!) as I read it. All the characters, especially Kenna and Ledger, are wonderfully written. I felt like I was experiencing everything Kenna was experiencing right with her. What a satisfying ending. I was pleased. For anyone who reads this review, I want to “Point” ๐๐พ you in the right direction by encouraging you to definitely read this book.

Nรฃo sei como descrever em palavras o que senti lendo esse livro. Foi quase um misto de sofrimento com angรบstia com รณdio pela aquela situaรงรฃo da Kenna! Meu coraรงรฃo sofreu do inรญcio ao fim do livro. A Kenna oficialmente รฉ minha personagem feminina favorita por conta de toda a sua forรงa e resiliรชncia, ela รฉ uma mulher extremamente inspiradora. O Ledger me estressou um pouco no inรญcio, mas, agora que acabei o livro, entendo mais ele.

The book was so amazing start to finish. Itโs touching and realistic. Just be advised that itโs a tearjerker. At one point about 1/3 of the way, I started crying, and never stopped. It totally touched my heart and had such a great flow. It wasnโt cheesy at all, or overly dramatic. I literally cannot stop thinking about the story, days later. Definitely recommend.

If youโre into Colleen Hoover books, I felt like this hit the mark. It was definitely entertaining/interesting. Held my curiosity about what would happen next. I was even surprised by a couple of bits. I read it in one day and I was highly entertained.

This book took me on an emotional rollercoaster that I never wanted to end.
From the very first page, I was drawn into the lives of the characters with a profound sense of connection. Hoover’s masterful storytelling painted vivid pictures in my mind, allowing me to fully immerse myself in their world. The way she delicately weaves together intricate plotlines and intricate emotions is nothing short of brilliant.
The main character’s journey of self-discovery and growth transcends the pages, making me reflect on my own life experiences. It was a reminder of the power of love, forgiveness, and the resilience of the human spirit. The beautifully crafted narrative evoked a wide range of emotions, from heart-wrenching grief to heartwarming joy, and everything in between.
Hoover’s ability to create flawed, relatable characters is truly commendable. They felt like real people, with their own fears, insecurities, and dreams. As I followed their personal struggles, I couldn’t help but root for their happiness and find solace in their triumphs.
Another aspect of this book that struck me was the exquisite prose. The author’s words flowed seamlessly, painting poignant images that danced across the pages. The vivid descriptions and powerful dialogue transported me to different settings, immersing me in both the beauty and harshness of the world Hoover had created.
“Reminders of Him” is a story that will stay with me long after I turned the last page. It serves as a gentle reminder that life is a complex tapestry of moments, both big and small, that shape us into who we are.
Colleen Hoover has once again demonstrated her prowess as a storyteller extraordinaire. Her ability to evoke intense emotions and touch hearts is truly remarkable. “Reminders of Him” is a must-read for anyone seeking a profound and deeply moving literary escape.
In conclusion, I give this remarkable novel a resounding five-star rating. It’s a beautifully crafted story that reminds us of the transformative power of love, loss, and resilience. Colleen Hoover continues to enchant and inspire her readers with her extraordinary talent.

This was one of my favorite reads. It had every component for a wonderful story. I felt so many different emotions while reading this book. It had everything that makes us human….sadness, happiness, anger, forgiveness and most of all LOVE. I recommend this book to anyone who is human!

This book was really good! Definitely recommend. This book had loss, love, hatred, and forgiveness. The story of a mother trying to meet and build a life with her child.

Ive read about half of Colleen Hoovers books this year (and counting). I’m a big fan. For perspective, my all time fav of hers is Heartbones. I have to say, I think this one is a close second to that… if not right beside it. This book is a bit heavy and gloomy but I promise you, it’s worth it. I just finished it and ohhh, it’s so good. I rushed to write this review. Many of CH’s books have very sultry plots and I think this is lighter in that department. It deals with loss, growth, regret, longing, forgiveness, love and everything in-between. I don’t want to give anything away but I recommend this book. It’s got all the feels. I’m not a cryer, but this one gave me tears and good bumps. CH is the woman!
