Katelyn –
I’d read it again. There were a lot of twists and turns. It was surprising. I was shocked at the ending.
Cornelia Neurauter –
This book was surprisingly great! Kept me reading late into the night, and just when I thought I had it all figured out…. Don’t wanna spoil anything so read it for yourself!!
M. Cincy –
If you are considering this book, BUY IT! The characters are relatable, the plot build is amazing, and the ending. Omg the ending! I was a little skeptical in the beginning. The story seems very far-fetched. But the further I got in, the more I overlooked that. It really is a great read! I am in a few psychological thriller Facebook groups, and this book was recommended a time and time again and for good reason! It’s rare that I shed actual tears at the end of a book, but I was ugly crying.
Mrs. Warren 08 –
Loved this book. Storyline kept me turning the pages.
Dianna –
I can‘t put this book down… amazing twist!
Melissa Joseph (Book Addicts Reviews) –
The book started interesting but nothing I couldn’t put down. A little less than half way through I thought I had it figured out then at a certain point the story was so good that I didn’t care if it was predictable, but then!!! It really threw me for a loop & wasn’t what I was expecting!!! The last hundred pages I couldn’t put it down. Great read & not predictable!
Dawn –

Do not read anything more than the synopsis for this book before you open it. If you are here because it was recommended to you, don’t even read that. Just open it and start reading, you will thank me later.
Great thriller with a tight narrative, does not overstay it’s welcome and keeps you on the edge of your seat with each new development.

I’m usually a romance/romantasy girl, but I saw this on tiktok a few times and had to give it a go. I read it in one sitting, it begs to be read in one sitting. The detail created the scenes in my head and i saw it play out as if i was watching a show rather than reading a book. I cannot wait to read Megan’s next book. It’s duel perspective & a very easy written read. If you’re looking to get in to thrillers/suspense I think this is the perfect gateway book
Deana –
Was a good book. Kept me interested.

Page turner for sure. So creepy and scary. Gut twisting. Emotional roller coaster. All the feels. Great read. Worth the ride.
Melissa Joseph (Book Addicts Reviews) –
Wow this book had me at the first chapter. Then the bread crumb trail that lead you to one heck of a twist. Really good.
Get ready to put on your sleuthing hat and find a missing girl. One minute she is there the next she is gone. Did her boyfriend really do it?!!!
This book had a handful of characters but they were enjoyable and well developed. I kind of caught on to the twist but the ride was so much fun.
I will say that this was YA and you could tell. I felt like something was missing. So close to being a 5 star read. It felt very middle/high school sleuthing. I think this is a fun read.
I loved the actual make up of the book. The print was dark, pages thick/crisp, and the flip was perfect. I absolutely bought this book due to the cover as well.

My book club read this one and we all liked it. It’s a slow burn but would recommend
