Amazon Customer –
We bought this encyclopedia since we read almost all the National Geographic kids books. We thought our daughter would love it and bingo as expected. You cannot go wrong with National Geographic books. First of all high quality books, very informative, very helpful for primary school kids. Everything great and highly recommend.
ptadeogun –
This book is just everything my kid needed for her science.

I bought this for my sweet daughter, who is 10, and has been disappointed that so much science time has been getting cut from her class time at her school lately. She says she loves the range of topics this book covers, and that the text appears in a lot of bubble boxes rather then paragraphs. She’s willing to read paragraphs, but she is at a stage where she finds it more engaging to have the text broken up some. She also says she really likes the way the pages are laid out with the background colors, and she really likes that some of the pages are different colors. So basically, she loves the visual layout and finds it more interesting to look at for that reason. There also haven’t been any issues with the binding, and this is her favorite of the things I’ve given her in the past couple of months, and has declared it to be quite awesome.

I bought one for me and one for my parents. It Is fun to have on hand just to look through for fun or to look up something specific while trying to explain what I do in my research or a complex scientific concept. Also good to jostle you out of your current way of explaining things if you are having trouble putting it in less technical nitty-gritty.
Grandma Connie –
Big beautiful book with thick pages photos and writing on every page. Very well received by a struggling 9 year old reader. Loves science soooo much good stuff in this book we all enjoy helping him with his reading with this book. This book is a winner. He carries it to bed at night to just look at it and he may be reading it as much as he can make out. Rey pleased with the purchase.
Anne Stepien –
Beautiful (heavy!) book with great pictures and tons of information. Readers rated it as appropriate for 7-11 year olds. I think it might be a little too advanced for most 7’s and young 8 year olds, or I would have given it 5 stars.
Edi –
Book came in really nice condition. Perfect for young minds. My 6yo loves it!
SAA –
Very good book for kids ages 9-12 yo with lots of information and pictures.

I gave this as a gift to my 8 year old niece and she just loved it.
Although the book is a 304 pages long one, it’s full of pictures and illustrations to keep it interesting. Of course, encyclopedia is one of those books that kids do not finish in one reading but can pick it up every other day and explore the topics. The topics that the book covers range from every day lives to space and heavenly bodies. It kindles interest for the scientific topics in little ones. I would highly recommend this book to others.

I got this for my 2.5 year old (yes, I’m that parent lol). She loves it!!! Huge book, beautiful pictures and the page is so colorful and the layout is in such a way that’s so inviting to kids. They cover all sorts of things, like human body, technology, solar system, etc. HUGHLY RECOMMEND!

This book is really nice. I don’t have any complains with it’s contents, but I received a damaged one. It has big cut( blade like) in 4 pages which I fixed with tape. I wish it was checked before dispatch. This is difficult for seller but not impossible. However I strongly feel that it’s not fully seller’s fault, but it must be some person who purchased and returned it after pages were slit by mistake. If it was really the case, then shame on the person who returned it like this. I am keeping the book with me so that the history doesn’t repeat with others.
