I have to say all the movies in this set are very beautiful and they show a great nature environment. Just one small cons, it says full HD 1080p but still not vivid in my 55 inch tv and it looks like a little blur.

The case was broken when I opened it. There’s a crack down the spine (see included picture). This had nothing to do with shipping/handling. The integrity of the package and the rest of the discs/interior were fine physically.
One of the discs (disc 1 of untamed americas) is unreadable with unrecoverable errors. This has to do with the authoring/stamping process (again, nothing to do with shipping). The disc looks in perfect condition to the naked eye.
As far as the content of the included series goes, calling this the “Best of Nature” collection is wishful thinking. Great Migrations is ok. Untamed Americas (well, the 2nd disc of it) is ok. Secret Life of Predators is the most interesting. All in all, these are not even close to the best of National Geographic’s nature series. Not that anyone’s actually surprised by the hyperbole in branding. But there you have it. Most Nat Geo stuff is over produced and clips too much actual footage. This is no exception. But I knew going into this that Nat Geo over produces their nature content. It’s not as bad as their Jubert stuff with insufferable overbearing narration/writing though. Honestly, just give viewers facts about the animals. Don’t anthropomorphize everything.
