I like the book itself very much.Each page is a different character with good illustrations, colorful and the trivia is interesting. Got it for my daughter who loves it. The only reason I gave it a 3 rating instead of 5 was it’s condition. The seller said ‘new’ but it had scratches all over the cover. It wasn’t the kind of scratches that take off the color or that you first notice, but the kind that when the light hits it right, you see them all over. The kind that makes indentations as if someone ran it across a floor or something. The inside was perfectly new looking, but not the cover. I wondered if I was just being too picky but a few days later I got another book in the mail with the same glossy type cover and there were no indentation scratches and it was easy to see the difference between truly new and not so much. This seller either gave me a book that wasn’t actually new OR he just didn’t store and handle well. Either way, this kind of experience always makes me wary of buying form 3rd party vendors.

My kids used this as an autograph book in Disneyland and it worked great! Now they have a book that they can look at and read rather than just a book full of autographs and no pictures or stories. I wish they would release a newer one since this one was missing Princess Tiana, Rupunzel and Flinn. The characters were always excited when they saw their own page too!

I bought 2 of these books after reading about them on related Disney websites for use as character autograph books. My 4 and 7 year old granddaughters love them, and we use them to study up before our trip. They arrived very quickly, and in very good condition. May be a little heavy to carry all day, but we’ll keep them in a backpack.

On a recommendation, we purchased this book for my 4 yr old daughter to use as an autograph book for our recent Disneyland vacation. It was an absolute hit with both her and the cast members we encountered at the parks. Each charachter had their own pages to sign. And for those that didn’t, such as Tinkerbell’s fairy friends, they signed the bottom of Tinkerbell’s page. We even had a couple of the “charachter wranglers” come up to us after we were finished to ask us where we had gotten the book so they could recommend it. For my daughter, she now has a keepsake that will last a lifetime, not jut get thrown in the drawer as a regular autograph book would. And because she’s been “raised on” Disney, she takes it out and tells herself stories for the charachters she knows. The illustrations are wonderful and bright, and the information particular to the charachter is great. Well worth the price. I plan to attach pictures of her taken with various charachters that signed the book to inside both the front and back covers, as well as the blank fly pages. Kind of like a scrapbook I guess. While there is now a paperback version available of this book in stores, I’m glad I found the hardcover version as I think it will hold up better over time.

Bought this book on a tip from a WDW info site, and used it for collecting autographs on my Daughter’s first trip. The characters were so excited to see their pictures and names in her book when she went to have them sign it, and I feel like they all interacted with her a bit more than usual because of it!
I do wish that it had not left out certain characters, like Chip and Dale. There were a few other omissions that had us scratching our heads, but overall, it was a great buy.
NOTE: If you plan to use it as an autograph book int he parks, as we did, take it to a local copy shop and have it rebound with a spiral spine, so that you can easily fold it back onto itself to give the characters a nice flat place to sign. Our local shop said that the hard cover was too thick, so I just did color copies of the front and back cover, and had them laminate and include those.

I bought this book for my granddaughter’s fifth birthday. She and all the other cousins, Disney fanatics, love it! I would highly recommend this book which is now well worn with all the page turnings by the 6,5,4,2 year olds.

This book is amazing! I got it as a recommendation to use for autographs in Disneyworld, but I just can’t see myself allowing the pages to be written on! So I just might buy an extra to keep home and unmarked and let the boys take one to Disney to get all the autographs. Then they won’t be upset if Woodys head has black marker written on it, cuz they will have a book without autographs too:-)
