Played Gibson masterbuilts on my j35 for many years then they switched to these. I ordered a set after seeing Gibson released their new strings so I took a shot. Not even close to what I was used to. Strings are dull, very rough, and do not last long at all. If you are used to the older gibson strings you will be let down, time to go back to the DAddarios i have always played before.
