Game arrived in great condition. Love playing it. All ubisoft games share a similarity. So if you like one, you’ll probably like the others.
MikeH –
Game play is a bit samey, tasks and missions pretty similar but still a good game. One or two glitches and I don’t like that you have to pay for a Playstation Pass to access all areas and missions as if prices of games are not pricey enough.

Bought for my son so he could play with myself and his dad. He’s having so much fun and it’s keeping a 16 yr old out of trouble lol

I bought this game on the advice of a friend of mine who’s be gaming for as long as I can remember. Since Im not a regular gamer, I was looking for another game other than GTA5 that had a little more to it that what it has to offer. Mind you that I still play it buts its not as fun when you cant play with other friends. Being former military, I can really get into this game as it has weapons that you can easily recognize. It has alot of older weapons as well as newer weapons so it really offers some variety. I havent gotten very far into this game but from what I can see so far It keeps my attention for hours.
Nicholas Gonzalez –
Considering the price for the game you can’t really beat it and it is fun as hell especially if you got a crew

Excelentes condiciones y a tiempo.

Marion Swim –

If you live in North America/USA DON’T BUY THIS! While the disc will work in a NA/USA PS4 no DLC purchased through the Playstation store will work. I bought this in December but didn’t realize this until I purchased the Warlords of New York DLC. When I didn’t get the promised exclusives for preorder after 24 hours, I contacted Playstation. The short answer is “its not our problem, call the publisher”. After chatting with Ubisoft (Below if you’re interested in the exchange and they don’t provide a phone #, only chat) they tell me I’m SOL and have to purchase the game AGAIN. FORTUNATELY I spoke with Amazon and told them about the seller selling the wrong region version to a US customer. They’re refunding my money.

Connor H (2/26/2020, 12:56:03 PM): Thank you for contacting Ubisoft Live Support. Please give me a moment to review your case. In the meantime, feel free to add any additional information that may pertain to your issue, and I will be with you shortly.
Connor H (2/26/2020, 12:57:33 PM): Thank you for your patience while I review your case
Me (2/26/2020, 12:58:46 PM): ok
Connor H (2/26/2020, 12:59:52 PM): Is your copy of The Division 2 digital or physical?
Me (2/26/2020, 1:00:01 PM): my copy is a physical
Me (2/26/2020, 1:00:09 PM): the addon was digital
Me (2/26/2020, 1:00:29 PM): My cousin has the same thing. and did the same thing yesterday and got his bonus content immediately
Connor H (2/26/2020, 1:00:47 PM): Can you tell me what the rating system on the disc is and if that rating is not ESRB?
Me (2/26/2020, 1:01:03 PM): how would I do that?
Me (2/26/2020, 1:01:06 PM): ejecting it?
Me (2/26/2020, 1:01:22 PM): let me see if I can get the dust jacket
Connor H (2/26/2020, 1:01:31 PM): Pull it out and there should be a rating on the front of the disc. If you are unsure you can also send me a picture of the front of it.
Me (2/26/2020, 1:02:03 PM): hang on
Me (2/26/2020, 1:02:49 PM): there is no ESRB
Me (2/26/2020, 1:02:53 PM): it says 18+
Connor H (2/26/2020, 1:02:58 PM): Pegi?
Me (2/26/2020, 1:03:03 PM): yes
Me (2/26/2020, 1:03:09 PM): i purchased the disc from amazon
Connor H (2/26/2020, 1:04:06 PM): If that disc from Amazon is Pegi that would mean it is for the European region and is region locked from reading DLC purchased for the game on the Sony Store.
Me (2/26/2020, 1:04:40 PM): so I just paid $32 for an addon I’m not going to be able to play!?
Connor H (2/26/2020, 1:05:40 PM): This disc won’t be able to read DLC purchased on the Sony Store because the Sony Store for the US has ESRB coded content.
Me (2/26/2020, 1:06:00 PM): so yoi’re telling me I can’t play warlords even though I just purchased it
Connor H (2/26/2020, 1:06:16 PM): Sony region locking is very strict on PS4.
Connor H (2/26/2020, 1:06:31 PM): This disc is not able to read the DLC you purchase which is why the content did not appear.
Me (2/26/2020, 1:06:32 PM): wow I’m so done with Ubisoft
Connor H (2/26/2020, 1:06:46 PM): This is a PSN issue I would recommend reaching out to Sony for.
Me (2/26/2020, 1:06:57 PM): I already did they told me to contact you
Me (2/26/2020, 1:07:02 PM): this is ridiculous
Connor H (2/26/2020, 1:07:39 PM): They did not apparently check for region lock on the disc. The only way to resolve this is to refund the DLC or change to an ESRB disc or digital copy of the game.
Me (2/26/2020, 1:07:56 PM): wow so now I have to spend even MORE money
Me (2/26/2020, 1:08:00 PM): this is just wrong
Connor H (2/26/2020, 1:08:24 PM): If possible I would reach out to Amazon for a disc matching your region.
Me (2/26/2020, 1:08:53 PM): If I purchase a digital copy of ESRB from playstation, will this content show up?
Me (2/26/2020, 1:09:04 PM): and will I still have my character?
Me (2/26/2020, 1:09:12 PM): this is ridiculous
Me (2/26/2020, 1:09:56 PM): if this disc wasn’t for my region it shouldn’t have even loaded on my PS4
Connor H (2/26/2020, 1:10:06 PM): Your character will remain. Changing from a disc to digital will require reinstalling the game, but following that it should register the DLC as long as the pegi disc is not used.
Me (2/26/2020, 1:10:18 PM): wow
Me (2/26/2020, 1:10:20 PM): just wow
Me (2/26/2020, 1:10:22 PM): what a cash grab
Connor H (2/26/2020, 1:10:29 PM): Is there anything else that I can assist you with today?
Me (2/26/2020, 1:10:36 PM): yea I want to speak to a manager
Connor H (2/26/2020, 1:19:32 PM): Unfortunately there is no manager that I can forward this chat to. They would provide the same information regarding the region locked disc that I provided previously.
Me (2/26/2020, 1:20:00 PM): wow this is horrible customer service
Me (2/26/2020, 1:20:11 PM): I’ll be posting this transcript online
Connor H (2/26/2020, 1:22:59 PM): I do apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused you however this disc is region locked by Sony. If there is anything else I can assist you with today I am more than happy to look into it for you.
Me (2/26/2020, 1:26:15 PM): no this was thouroughly unhelpful and nauseatingly aggrivating

It’s been a great game with no glitches. The game play online works well and their is enough people online to get coop plays. Some people say division 1 is best, but I started with 2 and then played 1. I enjoy 2 so much more. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars not 5 is because after you get so far you have to buy the expansion to play more. Right now, the expansion is $40. I’m not going to pay $40 for that.

I loved the story line to this game. But I was not the best at it. I put alot of time in it on Xbox only to lose it so I bought for the Playstation.
