Always wanted to learn a foreign language. The Dothraki language is interesting. You will have reading and understanding how it was created – and – how it is composed. You will develop an ear to the language – and “hear” the nuances between Valeryan and the Dothraki languages.
If nothing else – listen and view the DVD – and have fun !

You can judge this book by its cover, and this is not a hardcover book. The product you are getting is a CD sleeve holder that looks like a book to get you to buy it. What is included is a 118 page soft cover paperback language manual with a CD. The “book” is no wider then a CD sleeve, no thicker then a CD sleeve, and length is 3 inches longer then a CD sleeve. Before I crack the “book” open going to reinforce it with clear contact paper, and a clear tape. I would give give it a 2.5 stars for the misleading photo, and the half star for the okay quality overall. I wish they did a better job but for a $15 dollar product…….

This book is great for any reader but is made for the Game of Thrones’ fans. It goes in depth in explaining vocabulary and conjugation of the works. It also does a great job with explaining pronunciation. I don’t expect to be fluent in Dothraki any time soon but its a great book.
