Ocotillo South –
I was absolutely elated to see that this Denso filter is even taller than the 90915-YZZF2 and the Mobil One M1-103A are which were both noticeably taller and/or longer oil filters when actually compared side-to-side with 90915-YZZN1. It has a noticeably heavier feel and quality to it. Personally, I trust the Denso brand as they usually produce the best aftermarket / OEM equivalent parts. Now, does it really matter? I don’t know, but if you are going to leave it in there for 5-10k miles perhaps. I did not take this apart and honestly I cannot speak to it’s quality or effectiveness as I have not really run any oil analysis, etc. In my mind, I am getting nothing but the best for my baby. Hoping to drive this Prius for another 150k miles, it has just under 110k miles on it now. IMO it is more critical for the hybrid vehicles w/ the frequent starts and stops and driving with a cold engine. You will have to wait for about 4-6 weeks for these to arrive, and there will be no updates to the tracking in the meantime. Last ordered 5/3/23 with arrival 6/7 so yeah it takes a while. I order in pairs and usually change oil at the 5k miles mark at most. Basically they seem like high-quality oil filter to me. I guess I had one of the now rare original 90915-YZZF2 OEM filter on my Prius and the Denso was even longer and heavier when compared to it.

Thought it was the same as Toyota branded filter. But I guess it isn’t. Will be buying genuine Toyota from now on.
Super bonita la mesa –
This one is the same factory OEM Toyota oil filter since they manufacture the one for Toyota, however Denso has been removing some products from their catalogs such as Fuel pumps and some oil filters, this one works on a Yaris 1.5L 2010 sedan, I bought 4 to keep them handy as I prefer OEM than aftermarket cheap ones. I don’t know if these will last 10000 miles as I do my oil changes every 3 thousand miles so you may want to consider researching for your need if you require a Wix or Purolator one.
