Noticed my daughters headlights were starting to dim (8yr old car) and decided to buy these to replace the originals. Not a white light but much better than the ones we replaced. Clarity and brightness were much better and lights up further down the road than the ones replaced. Sylvania is my go to for replacements, hopefully they will last. Nothing seems to be of exceptional quality these days.

Originally I ordered H11 for a 2010 Nissan Sentra, but the H11 has DIFFERENT prongs that do NOT fit. The H13 fits perfectly, I installed it in the dark, using my cel phone for light under the hood. The package came the same day I ordered it. Under the hood I 1. saw the green connector point 2. slid back the red tab 3. Pressed down the green area where the red tab was, while pulling the green connector out 4. grabbed the old bulb by the wing tabs, twisted counter clockwise and pulled out 5. there’s a rubber washer ring that remains, so pull that out too (or it will keep the new bulb from fitting
6. put new H13 bulb in, twisted in place, plugged green connecter back in, slid red tab back in place 7. Done 8. It’s much brighter and reaches further than my last bulbs

I installed these on a 2010 F150. They are definitely brighter and whiter than stock. The low beam is especially improved while the high beam has a very defined pattern but would need a huge increase in lumens over stock bulbs to really make a difference downrange. This simply cannot be accomplished with incandescent technology but the whiter light illuminates better and is much easier on the eyes with increased in colors and street signs pop out more. For me it’s all I need and I am happy not to be one of those tools who thinks blinding oncoming traffic with their LED lights is cool. Should be legislation against that kind of thing. Definitely worth the $40 bucks and cheap enough to purchase a spare set in the event of an untimely failure. Can’t speak to longevity because its only been a month but I will update once I have something to report.
