As soon as I got these, I ran the part numbers through Osram’s Trust Program. I was thrilled that they passed with flying colors. They’re super easy to install when you have easy access to the bulb housing. Unfortunately, Audi made it super complicated so I had to partially remove the bumper and pull out the entire headlight. Once removed, it literally took a minute or two to replace them. That’s all on Audi so I won’t dock any points from Osram.
Now on to the the bulbs. Wow, they’re super bright and much clearer and whiter than my stock Phillips 4300K xenon bulbs. They yellowishness is for the most part gone and they’re clearly a sharp white. I’ve only had them on for about 3-4 hours, but the difference is definitely noticeable. It’s like going to xenon for the first time from halogen bulbs. I have to agree with most of the previous reviews – these are closer to 5500-6000k and far, thank god, from 7000k. I wanted bright white and I got it.
Like my stock bulbs, these aren’t the greatest in the rain. I’ve read that others had better rain vision with stock xenon’s but mine sucked. They were great otherwise. So I won’t dock any points for the rain performance.
So yeah, I love these bulbs and they’re amazing an upgrade if your coming from the stock xenon bulbs. Don’t worry, they only have a tiny hint of blue and won’t look “ricer” at all. I’ll post an update, with pics, after some extended night driving in dry conditions.

((3 month update ; I’m still very happy I bought these ! No issues so far.))
I’ve only had these installed for three days but here is my initial review. I’ll update this as needed.
So far, I am impressed. These lights are exactly as described… except for one characteristic. They do not reach the claimed 7000K color temperature. All of the leading automotive lighting websites have reported this too. But I knew this before purchasing these bulbs. Every other characteristic of these lights appears to meet or exceed advertised claims. These are upscale looking lights, without that ricey look. I’m happy with my purchase. I would buy these again but I hope I never need to, they are expensive.
PROs :
Very bright
Pure white light with a slight hint of blue.
The hotspot is very very nice. It’s perfect.
The beam pattern is as good as OEM or better.
The beam reaches much much further down the road when I activate the brights.
CONs :
These do not reach the claimed 7000K color temperature. Maybe 5500-6000K. (I don’t see this as a con for me though.)

So, there’s have no blue hue to them at all. They are not much different from what I had in my car from the beginning. I have a 2015 Mercedes Benz. And I had Phillips bulbs in there.
These are more white then anything. Still bright, but disappointed. I wanted that blueish color for a high end look.

I purchased these lights for my 2014 Ford F-150, with HID projector headlights. They arrived from the seller on time and they were authentic Osram’s 66340 CBB’s (unopened and verification sticker in tact). Originally, I was going to replace my HID’s with OEM 66340HBI’s, but I had seen some positive reviews online about the CBB’s, so I took a chance. My primary concern was the 7K rating. I did not want the lights to look dark blue, or even worse, violet in appearance. I just wanted a more updated look over the originals (HBI’s only have an up to 43K rating). The CBB’s offer a slightly stronger and cleaner projection appearance on the roadway, than my old HBI’s. In my opinion, their rating of 7K is really more like a 5K and I think they were worth it over the OEM’s.

The globes are perfect and bright as expected. Very happy with the product and shipping speed!

The perfect HID bulb. I bought them for my VW Golf 7 with the light package. The stock osram hbi are very bright but slightly yellowish. the CBBs match the colour of the LEDs perfectly. The light is a crisp white colour. I was hesitant at first knowing how difficult it is to change the bulbs on my car. I basically have to pull the whole headlight assembly out, and to do so, removing the grill and the loosening the bumper is necessary. These bulb almost match the brigntness of the OEM while providing a whiter light. (don’t get fooled, it’s not 7000k, it’s about 5500k).
Remember, ALWAYS CHECK the bulb AIMING, if you don’t, chances are you are blinding other drivers.

To start, these are nowhere near 7,000K- so if you’re looking for a blue tint to your headlights, this isn’t it. They come in at around 5,500-5,800K, which (imo) is perfect. The colour, clarity, and brightness almsot rivals the newest LED lighting systems available, and you won’t be mistaken for a snow vehicle.
Looking for less expensive options, I tried a few of the LED options, third-party D3S bulbs, and finally decided to just get these, and I don’t regret it. Out of the box, even before burn-in, they’re brighter than the OEM Philips bulbs in the Audis. Better than anything else I have tried so far, and should have just bought these first.
Can’t speak to longevity- I expect they will not last quite as long as the OEM bulbs at full brightness, but being able to see is worth the small premium paid. Just buy them online, and don’t pay 3-4X as much at the dealer for exactly the same bulb.

I ended up not needing these even though I ordered them as a replacement for a set.
I had thought one of them had gone out/dark,,, turns out the ballast went bad from the Chevrolet manufacturer (panasonic) on my 2016 Impala. So,,,so far I’ve been running my first set of these for 3 years now still look great when they do finally go out haha I do have a replacement set then.
I’ve a slightly tinted windshield here out in Las Vegas Nevada USA they are slightly helpfully, brighter and the lenses keep them focused correctly,,they are still very white they power on a little purply/blue but when they heat up in within a few seconds they become crisp bright white about 6300K. They look clear ,sharp & as usual osram/sylvania (Philips too) know how to make a a good light bulb!

My 6 year old Suburban bulbs were dimmer than the halogen fog lights. I was worried the projectors on that truck were poor design, but it turns out that the original bulbs just had faded over the years.
This set of bulbs completely transformed my low beams! Compared to other cars I have superb light, cool color temp to go with the LED running lights. Now the high beam halogens are completely inadequate and need to be upgraded as well, but even without that, this vehicle now had the best headlights I have ever had. Let’s hope they last a few years before they go dim.

I bought these For my 2016 Yukon Denali in Oct. 2022. It’s Jan 2024, and they held up just fine. Serial number checked out as legit on Osram website. Light color is not blue, it’s bright white closer to 6000k, matches my 6000k led fogs. Light output is much better than stock HID bulbs. Happy with the purchase.

Sin palabras, la iluminación es brutal justo lo que buscaba. La atención del vendedor inmejorable, le pedí si podía acelerar el proceso de envío y lo cumplió incluso con 1 día de anticipación. Todo excelente.

Was using leds at first they did the job but had black spots and the distance they covered was not satisfactory for me and in the rain the view was not justifiable. Then took a chance and bought CBB from osram and i was mindblown by the brightness and the distance of the light output. Its just a 10 minute job installing,it is expensive but worth every penny now hope it lasts.
Ps The photo taken are with night mode they make it look brighter, they are plenty bright and the colour temperature is a mix of white and yellow.
Don’t hesitate if you are planning to buy just go for it you will be not disappointed

Bought this in July 2021. The light output itself is good white leaning towards a tinge of blue. Its on a kia sorento that is lightly used. Its now January not even a half a year and one of the bulb is working half the time. I double checked the connections and everything was good. Itll miss to light up on a cold start and maybe a few minutes of turning off/on the light it will eventually light up…. This is sign of a failing bulb. Not worth the money if im already getting problems under a half year of light use..
