I ordered these during black Friday and got a fantastic deal. Decent little speakers with great sound. My son has a good stereo system in his truck and he really likes these speakers. They have great power and work very well.

Installed these on my 91 Miata and the fitment sucked. None of the holes aligned at all. After making it work I realized the sound was awful. Really can’t even explain, vocals were completely washed out and both lows and highs were equally terrible sounding. No amount of adjusting the EQ would help. The one speaker began crackling by the 3rd song. I promptly repacked them and returned them. Literally listening to music on my phone while I drive is a better experience.

HONDAフリードGB6の純正スピーカー4本を、ディーラー持込で本製品に交換して貰いました。
交換前にいろいろ調べて、純正スピーカーのボイスコイルとフレームが驚くほど貧弱なのは知っていましたが、それにしてはそこそこ低音が出ているように思っていました。それがまさかアンプ側でデフォルトでラウドネスがかかっているせいだとは、夢にも思いませんでした。
交換後、JVCらしい音で鳴るようにはなりました。しかし、悲しいかな、どの車でもオーディオルームとしては最悪です。ラウドネスを解除し、グラフィックイコライザーのお世話になり、2時間を要してようやく好みの音質となりました。
