Work great in most any situation due to the adjustable head

I needed to replace an injector on a diesel tractor engine. Very tight space even after removing the exhaust header and working around the fuel lines. Being adjustable head angles and having three sizes to choose from made it quick to get in there and pry up the old injector body without any frustration or damaging other parts (or the tool). Since that job they have come in pretty handy on a handful of other occasions and now I wonder how I got by without them for long.

Mobile diesel mechanic for heavy equipment and fire trucks. I purchased my original pry bar about 10 years ago. The index mechanism finally failed on it. And it was probably my fault!! These things are GREAT!! Need a pry bar to put some pressure on something but can’t quite find the one pry bar that has the right angle??!! This is it!! Push the button and change the angle and you can usually get it!! And they take the torque you can apply to the handle. I’m 6’5″ and 250lbs. Both hands on the pry bar and my feet squarely supported for leverage and these haven’t failed when I’ve been pulling all of my weight and then some on them. You do need to make sure that the button for indexing them is fully out when you use them. And every so often unscrew the retaining button with an allen wrench, take it apart and clean it out (yes, they do get dirty inside and need a little TLC every so often) and give it some oil. I purchased 2 more because every so often you need that extra pry bar with that certain angle to get the job done. These are great, awesome, and tough!!

Downsides really are just:
* The screws are not loctited in and have a poorly formed head. No key fits them cleanly. Tend to back out regularly so keep an eye on them. Especially if you are in a job where you’re constantly moving a toolbox.
* Warranty replacement. Not a lot of Big Box Stores carry these and there’s no simple form on their website. You end up playing phone tag with terrible customer service via an 800 number. Been chasing a replacement for 3 months now.
