After doing some research I found this is one of the best ATF’s available if you need Dexron 6 ATF (most modern GM auto-trans, see your owners manual for the correct recommended type).
Benefits include higher reliablity, seal rejuvination (lowers your chance of leakage), lower trans operating temps and better fuel economy. A flush/replacement of all engine fluids (coolant, brake , power steering, transmission, differential & transfer cases [if equipped]) should be part of your 100,000 mile maintenace.

As expected. Good Choice and good price.

Used this on a 4L60E transmission in a 2000 Chevy Tahoe. Works great! I towed a 5000 lb trailer immediately after the change and it performed well. No slippage and much smoother shifts.
Best bet–once you drop the pan, change the filter, and top it off (about 5 quarts), disconnect the transmission line that sends fluid to the transmission cooler. On a 2000 Tahoe this is the line just above the lower coolant hose. Attach a hose to this fitting and start the truck long enough to pump out one quart of fluid. Add a quart through the dipstick hole and repeat. Keep doing this until you get newer looking fluid out of the disconnected line. This will flush the remaining “old” fluid out of the torque converter. It should take about 12-13 quarts including the 5 you added after dropping the pan. Doing it one quart at a time prevents the risk of running the transmission pump dry.

This was the cheapest I could find around. Product seems to work fine. I had a problem shifting, slipping in 1st and not changing out if 1st, when cold. After warmed the problem went away. Changed the fluid and filter, and now there is no problem at all. This fluid is fine to use for your e46 BMW with GM trans.
I would recommend to friends and family
