I just received this lift and unpacked it. I have not yet used it to lift my bike. but I did test the lifting and the let down operation and it works perfectly. It appears to be very well-built with excellent welds and very nice powder coating on all of the parts. It has a pedal to pump it up and another one to let it down and I expect that it will work very well to do the heavy work lifting my 2010 Harley-Davidson Dyna Wideglide.
The ads say that the minimum height is 4.7″ but I measured it and it’s lower than that at 4″. That’s good since some machines are rather low. That makes it adaptable to virtually all motorcycles.
So far, I’m very pleased since it appears to be a much better machine than the one that I bought some 10 years ago from a big box store.
It was very easy to set up requiring only a set of Allen wrenches and a couple of wrenches.
I recommend this unit. It’s a good value at the price.

Had this lift for a week now and have used it on 2 motorcycles and an ATV. Overall, I’m content with this jack stand especially for the price.
Quick and easy to assemble and the handle is quickly removed for tight storage. I do really like the fact that you are able to roll/move/reposition the stand with a motorcycle on it. When using the included ratchet straps to secure the motorcycle to the stand, it was very easy to move the entire thing to the wayside and felt confident the bike was secure.
Two concerns: the biggest issue is when you lower the Jack stand with weight on it, you cannot control the rate of dissent. It drops very quickly. Watch your fingers and toes.. 2nd minor concern is the attachment points for the included ratchet straps appear to be poorly designed and possibly insufficient for the weight and application. There are alternative ways to attach the straps to the stand that are much more secure.

This is easily the most well spent $110 that I’ve made for this bike. The jack came 85% assembled and the rest was done in only a few minutes. It works exactly as it should and is very stable. I can easily roll the bike around on it. I have seen some previous complaints about it lowering too fast but I have not found this to be an issue. Maybe they made an upgrade to the bottle jack since prior reviews. Now I’m ready for winter projects.

This product is typical of Vevor products for non-commercial use: is pretty good overall, really good value, horribly packaged, poorly documented and well-intended but slow and often not helpful customer service. Manufacturing quality is just good enough with some sloppy welds and sloppy mechanical linkages. It was missing a bolt though easily found replacement at local hardware store. I doubt it will really lift 1100lbs as described but as intended, it has no problem with my 600lb ATV. The safety latch is a good/valuable feature and easy to use. Perhaps on a very smooth/clean floor you could drag it around while loaded but the small wheels not designed for that and the tow handle likely wouldn’t last. It’s designed only for home, periodic/hobby use in my opinion. I do like that it lifts relatively high.

No assembly instructions provided but not at all difficult to assemble but watch out for your fingers while assembling (and of course during operation) and keep the kids away! It does come with a parts list.
It’s a pretty solid 3 star if price not considered. Given the price vs competition it gains a star and if the package had arrived without so many holes and not missing parts it’s a contender for 5 stars.

First off seems like a great bike lift, especially, for the price. Went together fine no missing parts, well packed, instructions sub par. That said, I put it all together and slid the jack under my Honda BIG Ruckus PS250 (overgrown scooter) and jacked up the bike 1″. Then tried the lowering pedal to see how easy it would be go down. So I pushed the pedal and It immediately released -but went into FREE FALL 😳 and dropped HARD the 1″ to the shop floor. Even from that height the bike bounced off the floor and almost fell over onto me!!! Had the lift been at full height and I’d pushed the foot pedal release, I’d be writing this from the ER…there is NO adjustment to slow the rate of decent it just drops like a rock. There are the 3 “safety” stops but good luck working those when its in free fall! SOOOO at the end of the day I still needed a jack for my bike. Lucky for me I have a welder and an eye bolt and extension nut laying around and welded them to the jack frame to controll the speed of lowering. By screwing the eye bolt in to the base of the foot release I could infinitly controll the drop rate, and surprise it worked GREAT! Anyway I’ll be cutting off the pedal to avoid an accidental contact and release. I did read some other reviews that warned of the free fall but dismissed them as user error, it ain’t, its just a HORRIBLE design. You just have to wonder if the designer ever used this jack with a 1/2 ton bike on it or anything else for that matter. With my screw release “upgrade” the jack works great. DONT BUY THIS JACK UNLESS YOU CAN MAKE THIS MODIFICATION unless ofcourse you don’t like your bike!

Well this is a first for me, I’ve never had to update a review, but after figuring out a way to actually lower my bike safely I raised it fully and discovered that under the load of my bike the safety catch missed locking into the last cog by about 3/8″!!! The good news is if you remove the locking mechanism arm from the frame mounts then insert behind the last cog you will be able to reinstall the locking arn back into its brackets and thereby locking the jack in the fully up position. Yes you could also grind it down to fit so that it actually worked! I’m storing my bike on this jack so this is an inconvenience for me but a pain in the neck (and unsafe) if your trying to use it as designed(?).

If your really using a jack like this a lot I’d recommend spending more and buying a better quality product especially when you consider the kinda damage a 1000 pound bike can do to your body falling 17 inches on top of you…just saying 😉
