Awesome for those cold days where fogging can easily be an issue. A little uncomfortable as it restricts your breathing a tad, just keep your vent full open and it’s well worth it. It couples the best with the dual pane winter lens.

Works great. Was tricky to install but if you treat it like a puzzle its easy.

Snug fit for my face. Works well. No breath box or snorkel is perfect but this is good.

Great for cold weather to help keep you warm and from fogging the shield. The breathguard also looks pretty cool, I like helmets that block the view of your nose and mouth.

Easy to fit or remove. Will need to wait for colder winter below freezing temps here in NW AZ to know for sure. I wear a balaclava so this usually is an issue with fogging on prescription glasses. Okay at the current high 30’s to 40 degrees daily morning commute. My three Beemers have windshields, not all the bikes at work have windshields, so once again will need to wait, trying to set up early as fogging drives me nuts.

Used it once and felt suffocated in my helmet. Was NOT easy to install and kept popping out. Have to put your helmet on and then try to pop them in and fit them blindly.

This Cold Weather Kit works well so far in early spring Montana weather, especially early morning commutes which have been 30s and 40s with snow, rain or fog. I haven’t had the opportunity to try it in winter temps yet.
While appearing very similar, the chin curtain is different from the standard chin curtain that comes with the AT950. It has two snaps that attach to the breath box, which keeps it pulled down on your nose , especially when pulling the chin bar down from the up position.
One previous review made a comment that the face shield or chin bar (not sure which he was referringto) doesn’t completely raise up with the kit installed; both do if installed properly, no problem with mine going completely up and locking in position.
While this kit works adequately for me I caution with a couple of possible cons that may be issues for some. One is that while there is a good foam seal across the bridge of the nose and lower eye sockets/upper cheeks, I’ve had some fogging at the extreme outside edges due to some breath leakage there. It doesn’t happen all the time and it hasn’t really effected vision but it could be better or worse for others, due to the second potential con: if you have a larger than average nose or high bridge, the sealing will probably be less than ideal and/or you may experience uncomfortable pressure on the nose. If so, try it with the straps disconnected and if that helps, just lengthen the straps a little for a permanent fix.
Based on my experience so far, I would recommend the Cold Weather Kit for the Exo-AT950 helmet if the comments above are taken into consideration.

To be expected but it does actual cover the bottom nicely and extended upward around your nose blocking the top half off. Had no idea what to expect no pictures or reviews say wyf it is lol

As described in headline, little tight on the nose, hoping it will stretch over time.
    otherwise prevents fogging fairly well

A little tricky to install, but once you get it in there it’ll stay. Fogging is considerably reduced with the breath box in place. Like 70% if I had to guess. Still need to use some kind of anti fog to prevent the other 30%. I’m talking about fogging when sitting in traffic. Going down the road with the front vent one notch open, no issues.

Chin curtain is perfect, but the nose piece doesn’t connect properly and lets air out the sides, fogging up the corner of the visor. Also doesn’t work well with a large nose.

Didn’t had the opportunity to test it outside in the winter. It seems ok for now. I’ll get back after I get to see how it performs.
