bought a scorpion helmet in a medium.. According to chart I’m right between medium and large. After wearing a few times I realized it was a bit to tight. I called and they suggested I get this liner kit in a large. That took care of the problem. Good to know that can be done. A large liner will increase the room and a small will decrease the room in the helmet. It just snaps in place . Small, medium, and large use the same shell size and liners are interchangeable.

The Scorpion helmet size chart is at least two sizes too small. I measured at exactly 22.5″, which is medium in this helmet.
After finally finding a medium helmet in stock on eBay, it was too small.
I ordered this liner because the medium and large shell are the same. There are only 3 shell sizes for this helmet and several liners for each size.
This large liner felt smaller than the medium and didn’t quite fit into the shell the same way the medium did.
I wrote to Scorpion last week to see what they’ll do for exchanges and told them their sizing chart is wrong, but haven’t gotten a reply yet. I’m hoping it’s because of holidays and I’ll hear back after that’s all done. If I don’t hear from them saying they’ll exchange it for an extra large helmet, I’ll not ever recommend them to anyone for wasting nearly $300 on this helmet.
The seller of this liner, mx South, charged an $8 restocking fee on the return, so try a different seller. It’s not my fault the size chart is wrong. I call this helmet liner a defective product.
Order two sizes larger than what the size chart says to start.
