Nice looking piece, you can’t go wrong with Kuryakyn!!

Good Quality product. A little bit of a pain to install. Removing the back tappet block screws takes time. Overall a big improvement. It fills that dead space pretty nicely.

I highly recommend this product. The shipment was quick, instructions were dead-on and the end results, perfect. The chrome was thick and seemed to be extremely durable. All the hardware was included, and the bolt covers were a nice added touch. I had to slightly adjust (bend) the support bracket so it would seat properly, but I am pleased with the outcome.

Fits perfectly on my 2012 Street Glide. Looks really good even on its own.

Looks great at the base of the tappet blocks. It is a little difficult to remove the two stock tappet block screws which ultimately secure the cover itself. It is one of those things where you can only spin the screw a quarter turn at a time with the Allen wrench. Of course, if you work on Harley’s often, you are used to this sort of thing.

I installed this accent on my 2002 Harley Davidson Softail FXSTD Deuce. Contrary to some of the other reviews which indicated difficulty in doing so, it was actually quite easy to mount, fit perfectly, and looks fantastic! I would highly recommend this accessory to anyone who wants to dress up this area on their bike!!

This accent is the way to go for anyone seeking to add a modest touch of chrome to the motor. It doesnโt overpower as some gaudy attachment, and fills the gap quite nicely as if it should have been a factory feature.
Installation was simple enough but made easier with a few extra steps. My recommendation is to remove the entire air cleaner assembly, to include the back plate, which will allow much needed wrench room (and an opportunity to clean and shine those hidden areas). Later, tighten the included bracket completely BEFORE installing the accent to it. This will ease in settling the accent into place for the final mounting screw. A drop of Loctite to the two tappet block bolts will ease the mind of having to torque loosened bolts miles down the road at the most inopportune timeโฆ.
Noteworthy is that the outward side of the accent is โmountedโ to the block with several adhesive strips. Currently 100 miles down the road and thus far no problems, but time will tell if the adhesive weakens and allow the accent to rise from its outer fitting position (which is really only one screw on the back end to its bracket).
Overall a good investment, speedy shipment and looks great.

Overall pleased with the finished look. A little bit of a pain to install though, I needed to remove the air intake to access the required to the bolts needed to mount the bracket. But took the opportunity to clean up the intake housing and K&N filter. Install took about 30 minutes to complete.
