I’ve been trying to figure out this computer since I woke up on Christmas Day. After half of the day of trying to get this software to load I finally get it all loaded. Then after the struggle I’m rewarded with NO SOUND and no accurate fixes for my problem to be found. THIS IS TERRIBLE. Totally ruined Christmas I should’ve went with something more user friendly. That’s all.

There is help if you run into trouble. But the functional of the MK3-61 is great and special need friendly! We love this product. We are beginners. Overall, terrific keyboard!

This was advertised as a bundle. The sustain pedal was not included. No option for a partial refund or offer to ship the pedal separate was offered.

Probably the best MIDI controller under 500 dollars, and the integration with Ableton is very useful. Great selection of free bundled software and the overall setup experience was very smooth.
The device itself is very well made and all the control surfaces feel very high quality. Keybed is solidly made and the action is pretty good too. Pads feel spectacular, as expected from Novation. Pots and faders are also very high quality and the lighting is amazing to look at. You can even set the brightness level for the RGB LED’s, but I like ’em bright so I didn’t mess with that. Overall, great product, although there is a bit of a learning curve with Ableton and MIDI controllers in general if you are moving from a traditional electronic keyboard.
