Used on an 18in Bass. Allowed for better centering of the beater. No creep or movement.
Andrew Nicholls –
Very handy to rise a small bass drum but a bit expensive for what it is. The rubber base easily comes off.

Does not securely hold an 18” kick while playing. I play Heel up 50% of the time which made the kick wobble on the plastic cradle. It’s not adjustable either. If you gig regularly I would look elsewhere.

I was really excited about getting this and have been waiting for a while to purchase it. Unfortunately, it did not work with my drums/pedals. I tried it on both my 18″ and 20″ diameter kicks with the same results. Either the bass drum ended up too far away for the pedal to touch or the bottom of the foot plate hit the drum hoop on the way down. I’ve read other reviews that you have to tweak the angle and other parts of your kick pedal and that it also lifts the height of your toms. So it didn’t work for my kits (Mapex Saturn & Sonor Bop) maybe it will work for yours. In order for it to work I think they would need to add a lift for the bass drum pedal itself so that you could still clamp it to the actual bass drum hoop.

This drum lift not only added some extra punch to my kick sound, it also solved a problem I had: My pedal, properly mounted, was too far away from the head, and the angle to get the beater in the head was ridiculous. The drum lift allowed me to slide the pedal forward, since it was no longer attached to the rim, which corrected the angle of the beater.
Although no one else in the universe has this weird pedal problem.

Excelente compra, calidad, justo lo que esperaba.

This lifts the bass drum without clamping to the bass drum hoop and causing damage. It’s a lot quicker to set the bass drum up because there’s no need to adjust height. Plus it’s robust and lightweight, so it adds no weight to the hardware case.

Justo lo que necesitaba para elevar un bombo 16’ muy recomendable

I tried this with an Axis Longboard single pedal, and it didn’t work. The mount point on this product expects a different interface with the pedal, and the best I could do was to mount the pedal at a 45 degree angle. That said, it’s expensive for what it is. I would guess that the markup on this is about 10000%. It’s a molded piece of plastic with the hook side of hook & loop applied as a sticker. It’s just a nothing. Before I solve this problem, I will probably figure something out with some scrap wood, tbh.
Bottom Line:
If this works for you and you think it’s a good value, you do you. It is an expensive piece of molded plastic that doesn’t fit my pedal. Seems durable though.

I have a Roland electronic/acoustic style kit (VAD 306) and I got a double bass pedal for it. The clamp didn’t fit flush on the rim of the bass drum, & it made the beaters off-center.. idk it didn’t work.
THIS THING SAVED ME. I tried 1 or 2 other options but then I found this, it raises the smaller bass drum up just enough and my pedals can clamp to it and it just lines up where I need it to and keeps everything in place 🤘🏼

This is the PERFECT replacement for my Quest Love Kit! The bass pedal bracket that comes with the kit is horrible.
This Evans base is exactly what I needed! Durable and easy to install! Highly recommend!

Bought this to raise the 16″ bass drum that came with my new portable “bop” kit. It is set up on carpet and doesn’t seem to move, so it does accomplish what its made for. But, it is a simple piece of solid plastic that could be much less expensive. Note: some brands of drums don’t have long enough bass drum arms to keep the drum level. My ludwig bop set works but some don’t.
