We have tried them all and these have been the best over the years. The “nipple” on this particular model is easy enough to disassemble/reassemble for the occasional deep clean that is required. The insulation is about as good as it can be in a light bottle that fits the bike carrier still. By no means is the insulation perfect but it is much better than none at all. The locking mechanism works well to keep the liquid inside while it is bouncing around in the back seat of you vehicle and the temperature is changing.

This is a replacement bottle for one I had for two years. It’s a favorite because it’s lightweight, holds a good amount of water, fits my hand perfectly, and is easy to drink from.

I have several of these bottles. The ready to drink spout is the best. The ability to easily open inside of spout for cleaning is best I’ve found so slime does not accumulate.

As far as sports bottles go it’s perfect! I use the smaller ones for smaller rides, and the bigger ones for bigger rides.
Living in Florida the thermal properties – which are not earth shatteringly amazing – are decent.
For long rides I mix water with Tradewinds powder for sustained energy, and love the locking feature so I can mix in the bottle without having it spray out everywhere.
I then freeze one bottle overnight and leave the other in the fridge so I always have cold drink on my ride.
Highly recommend, just make sure your pet doesn’t get ahold of it!

I had picked up a pair of these bottles back in 2014 when my old Polar bottles started leaking. They were an INCREDIBLE improvement over the Polar. They kept things cold longer, used a twist lock vs the pulling up and down to open the Polar and were much easier to drink from.
Sadly, while winter riding, I tried to pull one out to get a drink when I had lobster claw gloves on and it slipped out of my hand into the road and was instantly run over by a car. The second one I put in the freezer to completley freeze my Vitamin Water for the next days 75 mile ride. I do this all the time wiht no issue. On this occasion, however, it slid out as I opened the freezer and the outer shell cracked (the inner shell is still intact and keeps things nice and cold. The crack was below the top bar on my bottle cage and keeps getting caught so needed a new one.
At first, I couldn’t find these. Thankfully, they are on Amazon again so I am picking up another two!
These bottles are great for the money. The Ice version may keep things a bit colder for a bit longer, but most bottles (outside of Yeti) are not going to keep things cold for huge time periods when you are riding in the summer heat.
They aer easy to open and close with one hand, very easy to get liquid out of either by sucking on the bottle or squeezing it, and keep things cold for a few hours. Great investment if you do longs rides on the bike!

– The easy to clean interface makes it simple to wash and sanitize the bottle. All parts can separate for thorough cleaning, and they are dishwasher safe. This is very convenient for me, as I don’t have to worry about any dirt or bacteria accumulating in the bottle.
– The burgundy perforated color is very attractive and distinctive. It matches my bike and my gear, and it makes me stand out from other riders. I also like the perforated design, as it adds some texture and grip to the bottle.
The only thing that I don’t like about this water bottle is that it is a bit heavy compared to other similar products. However, I think this is a minor issue, considering the quality and performance of this bottle. It is one of the best water bottles for mountain biking that I have ever used.

Excellent bidon, qui ne laisse pas de mauvais goût, performance d’isolation d’environ 1h en plein soleil, après le liquide monte en température.
«Pipette » très bien conçu, antifuite et s’adaptant bien au début de boisson demandée
Concernant la couleur, il est vraiment Bordeaux.
Attention à ce dernier point car tous les bidons isolé chez camelbak sont en réalité doublé d’une couche isolante, ce qui donne des couleurs très fades voir délavé sur l’ensemble de la gamme.
Cela n’enlève pas le plus important, leur grandes qualités
