You get what you pay for. I’m almost shocked at the quality of these speaker stands. I didn’t realize my gear was sub par quality until I started using these.

Speaker plate is massive and could easily hold a laptop. Very sturdy. Great adjustability. Cleaned up my desk well.

These will hold some SERIOUS equipment. These are total overkill for my current bookshelf speakers. But overkill isn’t always bad. These will last forever.

When I saw these, I could not believe it.

I build DAW systems a couple times a year and these are the answer I have been looking for for a long time. The monitor stands that I use always get in the way, and it’s just more stuff on the floor. These stands are rock solid and will clamp to a 2″ thick tabletop. I have a pair on Neumann KH120 A’s AND a pair of Altec Lansing speakers residing next to each other on the spaceous deck. The two speakers fit perfectly. I always worring about the instabililty of floor-standing monitor stands, and I would be crushed if my Neumanns hit the wood floor. Now I don’t even think about it.

I consider these monitor stands professional. Fully professional for monitors that do not need to be repositioned. The awesome thing is that you can truly center yourself right between them and alter the height and the angle they direct to for an absolutely epic listening experience.

These could not be better designed. I am extrmely pleased with the quality, workmanship, and sturdiness of the mounts.

Also they are the best deal for audio enthusiasts. Really, even my Neumanns feel right at home.

I bought them for 65$. Money well spent! Audio sounds amazing. I don’t recommend adding pads on these. No vibrations at all. Extra sturdy. They do tilt but I have found the perfect position so I don’t touch them (just to take the pictures above, lol!). All of the materials used on these stands seam to be of high quality. They are compatible with my desk, even though there is a metal rail under it, with great solid fit. Check the pictures I uploaded for reference. Cable management under the desk is getting easier as you can take advantage of these stands and pass cables through them. It came in decent standard packaging.

Such a good price for the quality of these stands. If I was buying them at a music or audio store, I’d fully expect them to cost 4-6 times as much.

These stands are completely made of quality metal everywhere, with a few logical exceptions. You get a bit of foam on the top and bottom of the clamp so it doesn’t scratch your table, as well as some foam where you place the monitors. The knobs for height/angle adjustment and for clamping are plastic, with a metal screw; and there is a nylon strap that holds the pin for height adjustment. Otherwise, everything else is nice, thick, quality metal.

I’d fully expect these stands to hold a 25-30lb monitor with ease; they’re that well built. I’m using mine for Yamaha HS7’s, which are slightly smaller than the top plate of the stand, and are easily held on a stable platform.

The stands are very easy to assemble, simply screw 2 screws into each baseplate to attach it to the stand. That is all you’ll need tools for, and the allen key is included. The rest of the adjustments can be made with the tool-less adjustment knobs. One knob allows you to clamp the stand to the table, another one adjusts the stand angle, and another one provides tension on the stand to prevent rotation.

The actual height of the stand is adjustable in 1 inch increments, and uses a metal pin through holes in the tubing. If you have the stand at the lowest height, you won’t need the metal pin. The entire weight of the speaker is held by the metal pin, and the knob just prevents rotation. This makes a very stable stand, that would likely only collapse if you put over 500lbs on it.

Overall, I’m astonished at how good these stands are for the money. You will never find any stands at this price in an actual store.

First of all, these stands have proven to be a must-have in my scenario. They work great, BUT there’s one thing you will want to verify BEFORE you install your precious speakers on your desk: That the stand’s mounting bolts are actually tightened!

I’m guessing that whoever was assembling my pair of speaker stands was having a lazy day, and they failed to properly tighten the 3 bolts that hold the main shaft to the bottom clamp. Be sure to TEST each unit for any amount of wobble prior to installation.

If you get a poorly assembled unit, the fix is relatively simple (though in all honesty it should be done & tested by the Gator Frameworks). 1) Loosen (don’t remove) the three screws on the bottom of the shaft, just above the clamp base. 2) Gently remove the foam pad from the clamp to access the bolts. 3) Tighten the bolts. 4) Tighten the 3 screws. 5) Test for rigidity. 6) Place the foam back onto the clamp prior to installation.

Once everything is snug, there’s not much to worry about. Done right, everything is solid. 🙂 Very glad to have these.
