No where on this ad does it say restocking fee for returns and I’ve been a PRIME member for a while. The Fender tuners are awesome, buy find a reputable place to buy from. NOT THIS VENDOR.
Derrick W Roberts –
These tuners are fantastic. They were an easy, 2 minute upgrade for my Player Series MIM Strat as the holes lines up perfectly as is. The look and feel of the brushed nickel is fantastic and truly looks premium. Performance wise, the locks work very well and in my opinion, they are a worthy small investment for a future of ridiculously easy string changes. In terms of tuning stability, it may be a placebo effect, but I do feel that my stability is slightly improved.

I do think that the brush chrome coating looks a bit agressive and weird on my stratocaster.
I would go for nickle

Great buy! Holds tune nicely.

The item arrivend completely out of the packet and was damaged by the other pieces in the packet… I’m a bit disappointed.

These are great looking and functioning tuners. Exactly what I had hoped for HOWEVER one had a factory defect- they interior post wasn’t tall enough to grip the string. I emailed them and promtly got a ph call back to discuss the problem, followed up by a new tuner…I’m super pleased by the service I got and I would’nt hesitate to order from them again!

Replaced the standard Ping tuners with these on my Mexican Strat. Look good and work perfectly.

Good, drop-in tuners for American Standard Telecaster. Have 2-pins for perfect alignment & drop-in replacement on certain Fender instruments. These are Fender/Schaller in brushed chrome, USA made. 3 short, 3 shorter for less of a need for string trees, although I left mine on. If I ever sell my Tele, I will remove & keep these. They make string changes much simpler & no silly knots/wraps to tie. Just pull string taught, tighten string into post & tune up. I love these. I almost went with Gotoh vintage split post, but decided to go with the drop-ins for my Tele. Gotoh vintage on a modern Fender require additional screw-holes to be drilled & conversion bushings to be used for proper installation. If I had a vintage Fender, I would go with the Gotoh vintage. Modern these Fender Schaller are THE way to go.

Swapped in easily mostly, I think, because I bought Fender for my Fender.
Most important to me: they hold the string tuning without problem for hours, or days, depending how much you’re jamming, playing or gigging.
And string changes take seconds not minutes, mere seconds! Great for lazy people like me.

I recently got an acoustasonic telecaster and bought these locking tuners for it. I’m really pleased the work great hold tune very well I was a little weary because I use acoustic stings on this one but they work just fine. Fit in existing factory holes so no drilling I went with the brushed matte finish and am really pleased with how they look

These look like nice tuners but trying to exchange for chrome. The description says brushed but they look more like a flat silver/gray and no brush polishing. They might look good on another guitar I have but I want to get the Tele up and running first and only a shiny chrome will look right on that one. They seem like great tuners though based on my observations through the unopened plastic pouch they came in.
UPDATE: They seem like better quality than the chrome tuners so decided to keep them. They appear to be well-made. I’m more interested in having working locking tuners than shiny locking tuners so they’re going on the Tele! The chrome one had some negative criticism regarding quality and I don’t feel like playing games.
