I was worried because I have such big hands, but these fit very well and adjust perfectly to fit my hand. These make a significant difference with some high resistance and allow me to go much faster while lap swimming. It helps that I got a compliment on the gray color too!

I have narrow hands with long slender fingers and these fit really well.
The space for the thumb could be 1/4th of an inch wider, but it’s not really a big deal at all.
The middle finger strap is kind of snug – I can’t imagine anyone with thick/fat fingers dealing well with this, but for me it’s perfect. The two side straps fit well, once you get them adjusted.
These are good for beginners because they aren’t huge – they have just the right surface area without being too small and they really make you aware of when your stoke/pull is off.
Be warned – if you’ve never used hand fins and go nuts with them on your first day (I didn’t, thankfully) you’re shoulders are going to ache. I definitely felt it, both when swimming and the hours after.
I now totally understand why these are one of the top selling hand fins – they’re inexpensive, well made, easy to use, and not too big and not too small…but just right.

I have been using these for about 18 months. I used them to train for Ironman California 2022 and many functional swims in a pool and in open water. They work well for refining swim stroke and to help creat a swim stroke to get from point a to b. The straps are falling apart but I am ready to grab another pair. For the cost, the material and the product, I am more than satisfied. For an endurance swim training tool, it’s hard to beat.
