I purchased a set of these adjustable dumbbells and have been extremely satisfied with their performance. The ability to easily adjust the weight of the dumbbells has been a game-changer for my workouts. I no longer have to fuss with multiple sets of dumbbells or take up space with a bunch of fixed weight dumbbells.
The construction of the dumbbells is also top-notch. They feel solid and durable, and I have no concerns about them breaking or malfunctioning. The adjustment mechanism is smooth and easy to use, allowing me to quickly switch between weights during my workouts. The plastic holders for the dumbbells are quite good too, and they dont take up much room.
The only negative and reason for my 4 star review is because they promised a life warranty, I tried signing up for it via their instructions as soon as I received my dumbbells but kept getting an error. I sent them an e-mail with SS as proof and never heard back from them. This was a main selling point for me on this specific product, as I was looking at other adjustable dumbbells from other brands. If this is a selling point for you then maybe look elsewhere but other than that fiasco these are a solid set of dumbbells.
Overall, I highly recommend adjustable dumbbells to anyone looking to up their strength training game. They are convenient, versatile, and built to last.

I love life pro products. They are well made and I love the lifetime warranty. This system is well made and sturdy. I like the convenience of having several weights consolidated into one system. Here are the Pro’s and Con’s
The pro’s are it is made very well and you can do a lot of exercises with this system from dumbbell to barbell (squats, good morning lifts, etc), to kettle bell swings.
The cons is make sure the dial is on zero weight when trying to switch from the different weight stations (I.e. dumbbell to bar bell) it jammed on me because I wasn’t paying attention 🤦🏻♀️. It’s an easy fix by using a screw driver and resetting it (You will
Find that in the instruction booklet)The other con is I wish it came with 2 dumbbell sets instead of just one. I know for myself, I use 2 dumbbells in a lot of exercises for example tricep kick backs.
Also, when searching for the best price, check out Amazon and the LifePro website. I bought my vibration plate through LifePro website because it was at a better price at the time. I bought the LifePro weight system through Amazon because they were having an introductory special. I do recommend this product because it is very well made. I just have to get use of the dial and make sure it’s on zero before I go on to the next equipment piece (I.e. kettlebell to dumbbell etc)
You won’t be disappointed with the quality and I like how it’s consolidated so it doesn’t take up too much space.

No need for several dumbbells taking up tons of room and difficult to store. This one dumbbell is like a set in one item. Where else can you get an adjustable weight that goes from 4 to 90lbs and have a quality, solid built product! Lifepro is a company I trust as I have several well made products from them and this does not disappoint. Came very well packaged, super easy to use and a range of weights for both my husband and I to use. The plates don’t slip or rattle, I don’t feel like the locking mechanism will fail like a cheap one we once bought at a big box store (constant fear for my toes). I tested this one out barefoot with no fear because it was obvious it was well made.

The ease of changing load on each individual dumbel up to 15lbs is fantastic. It takes a little getting used to, but it is easy once you take a little time to familiarize yourself with the sliding pins.
My only complaint is that the center of gravity is not perfectly centered axially on the weight. This makes it feel like someone is trying to twist the weight when you are curling it or trying to lift it.
This isn’t necessarily completely a bad thing as it will train muscle stability when used.
A tad pricy, but compact and convenient to use vs owning a lot of weights.
