It comes in two long thin boxes needs two people to carry. The wood is all pre cut and mostly drilled with holes. The wood is kind of light and cheap. I split two pieces while assembling, I was still able to use the pieces but you have to be careful. I used the video that you can download it to assemble. But half way through i felt it was easier to use the written instruction book. Its nice that you have to choice too use both. I thought the written instructions were very easy to read. You really need an impact drill and a regular drill to assemble. Not sure how you could do it without those two essential tools. The kit comes with the proper bits. It took me 10 hours to put together. You might laugh at me but that’s how long it was for me. Now if you had help maybe someone gathering the pieces and handing you tools and the wind is not blowing everything around you might be able to do it in 4 but good luck. The instruction says 4 hours but a lot of time is spent just looking for the pieces. I did the whole thing by myself. There are a bazillion pieces to this kit. It is all very well marked but still its a challenge to gather what you need for that step. Finally after assembly the kit comes with 6 skewers that you screw in the ground that attach to the frame of the swing set. I thought this was a very nice touch. It really secures it, this is where you need a drill the holes for the skewers you have to make yourself. As i said the wood is cheap but once put together it felt rock solid. I was surprised and pleased as i tested it and felt no sway or give. Also just so you know this set is for younger children. Its smaller then your regular swing set. I’m 5’4″ and my head can touch the top bar for the swings. Time will tell but I’m happy with this purchase and wanted to give someone an idea what to expect. I added my own monkey bars and swing seat. did not come with kit.

For the price, this set is great! It’s sturdy, size appropriate and has held up in our crazy Texas summer weather. There are a ton of parts, get multiple people to help. The drill holes often weren’t lined up or straight and a board did snap (might’ve been my husband on that one). But our kid loves it! He just turned 2 and is 40” tall.

I was a little hesitant to order based on reviews about damaged pieces, but everything came in good condition and all the parts were there.
It said installation should take 4 hours but it took us a little over 6 hours, so it was extremely intense and honestly some of the directions were labeled a little confusing. You have the option to download the BILT app to go step by step, but I found it super annoying to hear so much repeating and it used too much of my battery so we used the paper directions to finish.
Overall this is a super cute swingset and perfect for toddlers/small kids. My son is 2.5 and it’s great for him, but Im thinking by the time he’s like 6-8 we’re going to have to upgrade to something different.
All pieces came in good condition, and everything is braced well for maximum support but the wood does seem soft and not that durable. If you tighten bolts too hard it will be extremely easy to damage the wood.

Bought this on sale and it’s so worth it. It took a while to setup, I was able to set it up myself without my husband’s help. You’ll need an impact and drill to set it up. Took me two days with my mom helping watch my toddler and infant but I was able to set it up without any help at all. Wood seems a bit flimsy but I was able to climb on it to finish putting it together(150lbs). Instructions were great. One broken part on arrival, plan on contacting the company to try and get that one board replaced. My toddler loves it!!!

Perfect playground for the size space we have, just what I was looking for.
The assembly took about 8 hours total over 3 days, and I completed it by myself. The first box is heavy and I could have used help moving it into place, but the assembly process doesn’t really need more than one person.
Everything is clearly listed and all the wood and hardware bags are labeled. I suggest taking everything out and laying it on the ground with the numbers legible. I used the small box to lay out all the hardware baggies inside it so that I can easily find the required parts for each step.
The wood and the hardware are good quality and there are some extra hardware parts in case anything is lost. I used a drill and the included T bolt adapter to drive everything in, but I suggest going back with the included wrench and hand-tightening everything for extra sturdiness.
I’m very happy with how it came out and I highly recommend this product.

If you have difficulty assembling furniture and are not able to troubleshoot/solve minor issues, I don’t recommend this item simply for the sheer amount of assembly involved. The directions are fairly easy to follow if you are good at this kind of thing, but if you don’t regularly build stuff from ikea or Wayfair and don’t have a full selection of tools/extra screws you will be lost. The directions say 4 hours (for 2 people) but I’m pretty good at this type of thing and it took me 7 hours, a full day. This included coming up with solutions to a few issues with the parts-the “L” end of the swing frame was not properly cut, so I had to make the cut myself to get the pieces to fit in the “L” frame. It didn’t come with enough of 2 different screws, so I had to use my own deck screws. Also be advised-you will need to treat the whole thing with sealant according to manufacturer recommendations. Otherwise this thing probably won’t last more than a year due to the wood rotting out. So between building and sealing, plan for 2 days of construction.
However I’m fairly pleased with the outcome. It seems sturdy, and once I set up then ground anchors, it doesn’t move an inch even if you try to move it. We’ll see how long it holds up.
