I got this for my newborn’s bedside crib light and it’s been great! I wouldn’t recommend clipping it to the bassinet. It’s not too bright to upset him and it’s been so useful during the night for feedings, changes, and etc.

This light is absolutely perfect for my 3 year old daughter! It is dimmable, has a remote and timer. She loves to stay up reading so this way she can stay up until the light goes out or I keep the remote by the door to turn it off if she falls asleep. The star diffuses the light so it’s more of a glow than a harsh direct light. (Looks harsher in the video than it is in real life.)

We bought this for our daughter’s loft bed. The extra long cord is perfect for running from the top bunk down to the outlet. The dimming feature is great as it can be bright enough for reading and then dimmed down to the lowest setting as a nighlight. I love the timer so my daughter can have the light on (lowest setting) to fall asleep, but we can set it to turn off after an hour so it’s not on all night.
The only thing to note is that this is a European product, so the USB cube provided will not work for Canadian outlets. Luckily, the cord has a USB end, so you can use any USB cube which is suitable for Canadian outlets.

It’s been 9 months of daily usage, and it’s still working great! I love that it’s got a remote for when I forget to turn it off before I lie back down, it’s cute, not too bright, and the clamp is really strong. Highly recommend!

Bought this the month my son was born so I had a light in his bassinet. He’s only 9 months old, I moved it from his bassinet to his playpen where he sleeps and it just stopped working one day. He doesn’t play with it, it just sits there and is only used at night and it didn’t last longer than 9 months. Sad to say it didnt last as long as it claims, so many thousand hours and it should be at lease 2 years. I wouldn’t recommend especially since the LED light is not replaceable./ Update, after I reached out to the manufacturer they gave me a replacement because mine was still under warranty. I received it fast and it works great!! Thank you!!

So I was hesitant to purchase this because of the cost, thinking there are other similar types that are cheaper. I bought this and a cheaper version. I returned the other one same day because it arrived broken. This is clipped to my headboard and is sturdy enough to turn the head towards the baby’s bedside sleeper/bassinet without the neck falling down due to gravity. The clamp is also strong enough to clamp onto the cylindrical style rim of the bassinet; but I’ve chosen to place it on my head board instead. The LIGHT is great! 3 modes for brightness with a soft yellow light, perfect for changing diapers or giving medicine through a g-tube like for my baby. This light doesn’t hurt the eyes. Overall, if this broke….I would actually purchase again…. I’ve had it for maybe 3 months and working great…I hope it lasts a while and can update review later

This is exactly what I was looking for as a night light over my baby’s crib. Love the design, the long, adjustable “neck” of the light, and the fact that the brightness can easily be adjusted. I’m just disappointed in the quality of this light. I took it along with us when we drove to friends for the weekend, and when I clipped it onto my baby’s crib there I noticed something broke inside the star part of the light. Part of the light had come apart and doesn’t go back together. It still works, but I’m nervous to use it as I’m not sure it’s safe like this. Not sure if I’d order again, although I really did like it, but I need it to last longer than a month!
Update: this product officially stopped working altogether 1.5 months after purchase. I’m really disappointed!! Although I really did like it while it lasted, I have to bring it down to one star due to the fact that I’ve gotten such short use out of it before it just stopped working. What a shame.
