I normally use a monocular but wanted to upgrade to a basic range finder for bow hunting. This provides a much longer range than I need, but is accurate and easy to use. Offers distance and height modes but I suspect I will only use a couple, Rain and Fog, and Bow (HD). I am using rechargeables and power consumption is great. Nice no frills item for the price level.

works well

Like the clarity, simple functions and eye relief. Locks in distance fast, numbers easy to read.
A bit concerned about its claim to be waterproof, battery compartment cover is pretty cheesy, no way will it keep out moisture.
Instruction manual is good, operation of unit clearly explained Update !
Well had a chance to use rangefinder out in the field, my buddy has an expensive vortex unit so-we compared measurements, both units within 1 to 3 yards on average, told him his was defective lol!
The vortex I must say had better visual screen characteristics the mine but not worth the price difference.
So, conclusion so far, worth every penny.

They are nice and easy to use. I really like them and they are accurate.

Bought this for archery hunting season, overall its what you would expect it’s full plastic and really light but with that being said it’s still just as good has high dollar rangefinders, the glass is really good with amazing eye relief ( I was shocked it even had that), the yardage seem accurate, for the most part it works very well some times it does not get the yardage but you can keep clicking at it will get it. It came with 2 AAA batteries, a pouch and a wrist lanyard. I say buy it if you just need a rangefinder but don’t want to spend big money or if your kid is at that age but you don’t want them to break an expensive one, I’m also using this for archery so I’m unsure how it would be for rifle hunters. Also the LED is black.

Accurate enough for photography in juding distances to waterfowl and other birds. Nice and compact and easy to use. Recommend completely!

If all you need is a basic range finder this is it. It feels cheap. The essence of this range finder screams cheap. But it does the job. I have used fancy range finders and they are way nicer but for $40 this thing does what I need. It is easy to use. The weight is light the display is very readable.

Works great. Remember to take the batteries out when not using it. It came with a case as well. It will be nice to use for out door target practice.

This range finder was surprisingly accurate for it’s price. It was also very light weight and very easy to use. The multifuntion is also good.
However, it isn’t water resistant in any way. In fact, heavy fog caused damage to mine and I had to dry it out for a day before it would work again. It’s also very temperature sensitive. I have to keep it in an inside pocket in the winter, or it freezes. The display is black, all of the characters are black. This makes if very difficult to read in low light conditions, or conditions with a lot of contrast, like in the woods.
It has zero shock protection, so if you drop it from your tree stand, it’s toast. It’s made of plastic, with no rubber coating, or metal framing.
But, for what you pay for it, it’s what you would expect.
I use it for archery practice, but for anything else that requires rigourous exposure, spend more money on a proper range finder.

Qualité prix parfait

I wish the camouflage finish didn’t make it so hard to read the labels for the buttons. Otherwise, this is a perfect tool, and the price is very low.

I like this little rangefinder. Accurate enough for the new and amateurs, as well as easy to use. Just keep in mind it has little to no water resistance. Although the heavily fogged lens eventually cleared up my device is no more then a 6x monocular now.

Package came as expected. Opened the box and picked up the Range Finder (RF), thought it was kinda light and plastic-y. Looked through the eyepiece and it was very dark. The objective lens doesn’t allow in a lot of light. Installed the batteries, pressed the power button, then the mode button to select the Bow mode. Pressed the power button again and it is now stuck in the down position. I would say that I just bought a $50 paperweight, but it’s not even heavy enough to do that. The carrying case is seems nice though… so… there’s that.
