These are larger than my previous cooking sheets but you can still fit two side by side in the oven. I took off one star just because they come out of the hot oven warped. They lay flat again once cooled down. Non-stick and very easy to clean.

Truly the very best Cookie Pans we’ve ever used. They heat uniformly, and from oven to cooling rack, to cold to the touch 6 minutes. They clean easily, and a Silicone Mat fits perfectly.
If you have arthritis, or weak wrists use both hands to carry them, they are a bit heavier than Air-Bakes.
The racks that come with are a wonder VERY EASY to CLEAN, just like the pans.

I got the silicone mats that are supposed to fit these and it’s a perfect matchup, though the mats aren’t quite wide enough to fit the full sheet.

Only used once and the coating on the pan is already starting to peel off, photo is just one trouble spot but there are multiple locations where it’s already starting to peel off. Did not use any abrasive when washing it, just dish soap and warm water. Not a quality product.
