I bought this for my kiddos to take on a 10 hour road trip, it’s a great first tablet for kids. Easy to use once you get a hang of it. It holds quite a bit but I ordered another memory card for extra storage. The volume isn’t too loud without headphones which I like as my youngest is too young for headphones. The battery holds really well! It’s a bit tricky navigating the apps and such but once you get it it’s not too bad. Google and YouTube has been so helpful! I do wish that it had the option to lock the screen to avoid little ones from clicking off a video like the iPads have. Overall I’m pretty satisfied. Very lightweight, holds a charge, can download 30 episodes of Bluey on Disney+ with the storage it has on it w/out a memory card, volume isn’t too loud and I like the case on it. Seems durable. Great fit for little ones who are just starting to use a tablet. My 8 year old also enjoys it and can navigate it very easy. Can link quickly to other Alexa products.

Bought this for my kid and he enjoys it. It’s a nice tablet but wish that it could be personalized. There are a LOT of pre-loaded apps that I don’t like my kid on and it cannot be removed or hidden. Its kid-friendly but again there is some apps I don’t like for my kid. Everyone has different opinions on what their kid can get on or not. I would recommend but would not buy again due to pre-loaded apps and not being able to personalize it.

It was strange that the Kindle itself cost a lot more than a combo pack with the Kindle and a screen protector. But who am I to argue? I find it responsive, quick, and easy to use. I set up an account based on my Amazon account, and set up a child account under that. The Kindle allows me to easily switch between the child’s account which I set up with my own parental guidelines, and my own account which I can use to pull up YouTube videos and watch saved videos and music and other items. I’m happily surprised at how well this works!

Brought this to take on vacation and it kept my kiddos entertained on some long plane rides. My four year old is learning in vast strides how to use this tech – rather impressive. Very kid friendly. Love the year subscription. No problem downloading several games.

I wouldn’t recommend it for anything else though.
This tablet has taken A LOT of abuse from my toddler as well. Literally chucks it across the floor every chance she gets. I bought this last November and gave her it for Christmas. She uses it just about everyday and we charge it every other day.
I only paid $60 for this tablet though last November and I think for that price it does what is should.

My 4 year old is rough on just about everything. We needed something that could withstand her daily use and we’re so glad we went with this. She caught on to the UI super quick and was back to watching her favorite shows, coloring and drawing her favorite characters, and playing all the fun games. The battery life is amazing. It lasts just about all day with her. She takes many breaks to play with her stuffies, hang with dad, play outside, or just cuddle with mommy and there’s battery left by bed time. We’ve had it a month now and seriously so happy we bought it!

I love that I can control what apps are being downloaded in addition to the latest great apps that are pre installed. I like that I can set timers on how long it can be used for the day, as well as when it shuts off for the night. You can allot time for time of apps that can look at for the day. I like that screen time can be more structured and more educational focused as well.
