We received my son’s new wireless gameing headset today. I chose the buy it used option because he’s been rough on the headsets since he started gaming. Upon receiving my shipment I was beyond happy and supprised. The used headset came in original packaging was packaged well, and the product exceeded all expectations. We literally unboxed it plugged it in and boom done, easy, exceptional quality and craftsmanship!

Ok so mine I bought new I thought came in a plastic box was missing plastic off one side but all was there. It dident want to pair and still have to re take out and re plug in the USB dongle re put in and link the headset each reboot or power on. Once set I can’t get it to update firmware won’t recognize headset

Sound quality is pretty good deeper base then expected
Mic quality is pretty good not quite as good as other headsets but definitely good
Battery fully charged lasts all day for me 12 hour use
All in all it’s pretty good I would recommend it to others just make sure it’s new mine probibly has issues

Theyve been acting strange for me, they disconnect randomly and you have to pull the usb out and plug it back in, and sometimes it doesn’t register that i have a microphone on.. Theyre okay, but i’d buy them new because when i bought them new they were AMAZING

It’s precisely what I had ordered, but I realized the headset I needed was Gen 1 and not Gen 2. The Gen 1 has better mic quality which was what I needed. I returned it but it’s got nothing wrong with it.

Utilice estos audífonos por más de 1 mes de uso diario, aproximadamente 3 horas al día porque lo utilizo tanto en mi Xbox como pc, tiene excelente calidad de sonido, los bajos y el sonido en general es muy bueno por su precio. El uso a distancia en Xbox es increíble y ni hablar de la batería que solo 5 veces los he puesto a cargar, el detalle por el cual pongo esa calificación, es porque lentamente una bocina empezó a fallar a tal punto de no detectar cualquier bajo. Si quieres tener una calidad de audífonos cien por cien compra unos nuevos.
