Overall it does what I want, but in the first day of use I discovered two issues. The first one really ticked me off. That is that the printer cartridges supplied with the printer straight out of the box only contain a bare minimal amount of ink and half way through a printing job the black cartridge ran out of ink. I did about 30 pages and then a page or two of low ink print quality and then nothing. The second issue that I did not realize while reading the product description is that if you have a double-sided page, it is cumbersome to print both sides as a double-sided copy. You have to print one side first, then take that copy and reverse it properly in the paper feeded and then reverse the original in the copy feeder tray and then print it and hope that you get it all correct. That takes awhile to figure out how to line every thing up properly. Haven’t used the fax, scan, wi-fi or blue tooth features yet. I returned it. The second one doesn’t work any better. I think that it is just not very compatable with a computer that still uses Windows 7. I also don’t like using smart phones

Es demasiado difícil encontrar los cartuchos, además de que están caros la calidad de impresion es muy baja y no imprimis ni 5 hojas cuando sea acaba el cartucho pésimo no lo compren

It was refurbished which came without a owner’s manual. Was not able to establish Wi-Fi right away. Was having troubles getting my information considering wasn’t able to print a copy of the internet. But through trial and error and a day and a half. I was able to install the ink figure out where the paper went and get it on line. Being in senior I don’t do well without a manual.

Finally had to replace the old printer, also HP, and here we are. I am still working on learning everything about it so I can teach my 85 yr old parents…. So far I really like it. My next step for me is to learn how to connect my cell phone to print off of it. HP always comes through and so always loyal to HP.

I had to replace my old printer, and I wanted functions (print, scan. etc.), but I didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg because I don’t use it that much. I bought this HP 4152 All-in-one “renewed” because of the great value. Renewed products don’t come with user guides or manuals, so I went online and found a manual that I studied and studied so I would be completely familiar with the printer and all it’s parts.. I also downloaded the HP Smart app (this is absolutely necessary!!) to my desktop computer to enable the set up. Be sure to find the password of your wifi source…you will need to enter it. The printer arrived and looked brand new……no dings, dents, no scrapes or chipped paint. Using the HP Smart app from getting it out of the box to up and running probably took about 25 minutes. Gone are the days of “plug and play” but I thought it went very smooth (the only small bump was how to put the ink cartridges in their places). I am NOT a 20 something tech savvy person. I am an older woman, so if I did it so can you, it’s all about preparation. Am loving my new (to me) printer that is a wonderful value for the price!!!

I bought this printer for basic printing. i used the thing two different times in the span of a year, printing about 15-20 pages total AT MOST (im being very generous here because i don’t have exact numbers, but im pretty confident the number is closer to 10 pages)
i tried to print one more page after a few months and it wouldn’t print. i couldn’t print diagnostic pages because neither the black ink nor the color ink would work. i went through the process of cleaning the cartridges with the options the HP app gave me, i even did a “deep cleaning” feature they offered me after 3 cleanings in a row didn’t work. i cleaned the cartridges manually as well and nothing worked. the most i could get out of this machine at that point was very VERY faint light blue in the diagnostic pages, and even then it was too light to make out what had been printed on. i gave up and found the only option i truly had through the insurance i had bought (thank god i bought it too cause it had been over a year since i purchased the printer) was to return it and i gladly did.
the only good thing about the printer was the scanning feature, which did fairly well for scanning some images i had wanted digital. still the process of having to use the HP app and be connected to my wifi through the entire process was annoying. good riddance fr
