Where to even begin? This controller is unplayable…There is so much stick drift that when you bluetooth it to your PS5 or PC it goes straight to the left and will not budge. Will not order again, Save your money and buy a brand new controller and not a refurbed.

I received a controller with joystick drift and wear on the grips of the handle. It was also a bit dirty but you have to compromise when you buy something from the renewed store. The DualSense is also a bit inconvinient if you don’t have a PS5. I use this with my MacBook so i cant update its firmware. The advanced haptics and adaptive triggers wont work unless you are playing modern AAA titles. If you want to play older games with no native dualsense support, you have to run the controller through an emulator which has a burden on the CPU. So keep that it mind. Dualsensex and Dualsensem are amazing apps which can help you utilize the dualsense to the maximum, but even it is limited.
Conclusion: Buy if you know what you are getting into, or wait 2 years for games to adapt to the adaptive controllers, or just get the Xbox series controller.

Out of the box I charged it for a few hours to be sure it was working. It did arrive in good condition
I tried so many fixes to make this work despite it being for a new gaming laptop. It will blink like it’s in pair mode but nothing happens. Checked my drivers, did admin scans, everything I could search to troubleshoot. But my laptop (& phone) would not discover this controller at all, I wonder if it was even tested on PC & PS before being listed. Plugging it in via the usb my laptop registers it solely as an audio device not a controller & I couldn’t change it.
At first I initiated a replacement until I realized I could get a new licensed Genshin Impact controller for less money & no headaches. I wanted to love this & go refurbished to put less plastic in circulation but if they send out “new” items like this how long will anything I get that does work last before it breaks too?
