Amazon Renewed G PRO X Gaming Headset 2nd Generation

Okay here’s the problem I’m seeing from reading reviews. People missing things missing the USB DAC or getting the wrong DAC. This is a problem and it’s also Amazon’s fault not just the sellers. I seen in the two headsets they sell both show in the pictures the 7.1 DAC so that would lead people to believe that they’re supposed to get it. But in reality you’re not Logitech make two versions of these headsets the Logitech g pro x 7.1 and the Logitech g pro that doesn’t come with the 7.1 USB DAC or blue software! they should separate their products also because they’re combining reviews for both and that will confuse people.

Okay the review that I am giving is for the Logitech g pro x 7.1 surround sound blue version. I got everything I was supposed to the The G Pro USB DAC, cables, bag,extra headset pads, and all were original Logitech parts. Also it looked like brand new not a single scratch that I so far can find. Not even a hair or piece of crumb LOL. I was worried that the headset might have a problem blah blah blah. I’ve read where some people are having problems with them cutting out. So far I’ve had no problems. What put my mind to ease as people need to understand and take advantage of is Amazon’s 90 day refurbished guarantee. Amazon or the seller will replace them or give your money back. So that’s a huge plus. people are just complaining and giving one star out of frustration that their particular headset didn’t come with everything that would if got new. I understand the frustration but you got a nice 90-day guarantee that is longer then most new stuff that is only 30 days. they’ll send you a new headset or give you your money back no harm no foul. But so far my headsets work perfect the blue software is awesome and now you can download Nvidia broadcast as an option in the Logitech g suite. The sound of my headset sound perfectly fine the 7.1 surround sound to me is just a gimmick and I think I’ll probably just go ahead with the onboard surround sound by windows or get Dolby Atmos. But as far as sound quality the headsets are way better than any Logitech set that I’ve used in the past. And they’re quite comfy. I prefer the leather pads but after a while they do get sweaty so I guess I’ll probably switch off and on between. It’s refreshing to see that you get an extra set of pads when you spend a little extra money. You don’t see that a lot of the times even with the most expensive pairs. A few headset companies are starting to do that now and I thank them.

Acabo de adquirir estos audífonos y por más que busque donde tenia algún defecto, no lo encontré, el unico detalle que no es de mi agrado es el cable, se que no es genérico ya que tiene el logo de la marca, pero para ser de esta gama, no viene mallado el cable, es una pena la verdad, pero… fuera de eso y hasta el momento suenan espectacular 10/10 y el micrófono: una delicia. Seguiré haciendo pruebas y con el pasar de los días si no encuentro nada me los quedaré.

I’m a former audio engineer, so I prefer great sound, and this headset brings it all. I love the Blue Microphone software it comes with, but that only works, while plugged into a PC, via the USB port, and not the 3.5mm jack

The Blue Microphone software allows you to better fine tune your audio, and how you sound on the mic, so I come across more clear. I have a naturally loud voice, so being able to equalize things, so it doesn’t sound like I’m yelling all the time is nice

Another awesome feature, is the software had a lot of games with prebuilt audio profiles, so many game will sound better automatically, and it updates frequently. I got this same headset for my sons, and because they are not former audio engineers, it helps them game more, with amazing sound quality

The price seems high, but with everything you get, it’s an amazing value. Plus, it’s really comfy. It comes with pleather or fabric ear guards, so you can choose what you like. My kids prefer the pleather, but I prefer the fabric because it breaths better. However, switching them out, is the biggest drag of all, so get comfortable with one, and just stick to it…trust me

Long review, but one last cool feature. When plugged in via USB, you can save audio profiles, to the USB dongle, so when going to another computer, it saves your audio settings. This is better for my kids because they game on 2 computers

The value, quality, and comfort is why I can’t recommend this headset enough. It was a great buy. Plus, I got a refurbished one, and it worked perfectly

I also have health issues, and have brought this to the hospital with me. It doesn’t store easy, but it plays streaming services really good, so spending days in the hospital isn’t so bad, and that’s why I prefer to bring it, over other headphones

No issues so far, got the headset in the other day. The headset fits perfectly and is easily adjustable, feels nice and comfortable. Some people have also complained about not receiving the right DAC usb module, but everything came correct for me, I bought the Pro X Model. The Logitech software hub also works great! I wouldn’t recommend using the Surround Sound option though, rather you should tweak the individual EQ settings to get the right sound, once you do (or download an EQ preset) the audio sounds perfect! Blue mic also sounds really nice when activated, lots of customizability there too.

Todo con sus cintas como nuevo, completo el juego con cables microfono, bolsa, etc todo en caja origina no violada. Y como pilón almogadillas extra.
