When i received the watch i used it for about three weeks and the screen froze then the watch did not work for about five minutes. It happened again a few days later so i called Samsung and they told me to send it in and i will have it back in a max of two weeks. Once i sent the watch in, i received an email stating my watch had been received and put on hold for unavailable parts. I did not hear anything else for a couple weeks and this is when i started contacting the service line daily for one month. Every time I called I would get a different answer every time. I was led on believing I was “going to be receiving my watch within the next week” for nearly two and a half months. Finally they decided to issue a replacement and when i received the new refurbished device the bezel was initially ‘crunchy’ when rotated and was also lose. i contacted the repair center where i was then transferred to case management. I explained my situation and was told to send the device back to get a repair. I stated that i did not want to do that because of the chance of another horrid experience and from there i was promised and reassured that i would have my watch back in my hands within a max of a week and a half. I trusted that this information was true and that I wouldn’t be treated so poorly again so i decided to send it back for the repair. Four days later I called since I had not received anything besides the device had been received, the associate I was talking to told me the repair was underway and I would have the device back within a week. Later on that same day I received an email stating that the device has been put on hold once again for unavailable parts.
Watch itself is great! But good luck if you have a problem and have to go through the warranty process.

1)Watch is very nice. 2)Watch band not so nice, luckily I had two other smart watch failures, and swapped a band from one of them. 3) A quick start guide would be nice inclusion.
4)Apparently FedEx is not meeting their part of the Two Day Shipping deal the provider has with FedEx. I ordered the watch on Thursday after noon, arrival was scheduled for Saturday. Saturday gets here shipping status says “out for delivery” about noon, 6/22 status says “Delivery attempted but business closed. Irving TX US. My address is not a business, nor is it in Irving, TX. I called FedEx 6/23 in the morning and was told by the Customer Service Rep “FedEx does not deliver on Saturday my package would be delivered 6/24 by 5PM”. it was delivered. The label on the package in bold type said FedEx Saturday Delivery. Bottom line here is if this vender is paying FedEx extra for “Saturday Delivery” they are being scammed by FedEx. BEWARE FedEx SATURDAY DELIVERY!

The watch was very easy to setup, no instruction was needed. I bought it for my husband and he really liked it because, the air buds are built inside the watch. He always lost his earbuds but, with this watch they’re safe.
The watch is genius. Best buy ever!

For what it does it worked great, I found the battery to last around 2-3 days. the display had a light scratch on it but its not notice able unless you stare and attempt to find it. I didn’t have any major issues with it, other then at random it would enter into running timer mode. I didn’t do it til recently. Setting it up with my phone was simple and didn’t have any issues at all connecting to it.
It does what it suppose to do and i have no regrets with it.

I wanted to wait a little bit before leaving any review for my S3 Gear, as I’m sure we all know, buying anything refurbished can be a big gamble when it comes to functionality, but so far I’m more than thrilled by my purchase. The watch looks great, functions exactly as advertised, and is everything I was looking for in a smartwatch.
My only complaint is that the battery drains quickly when the Always On Display feature is active, even on the lowest brightness, but it was expected based on other reviews I researched prior to buying this product, and when that feature is off the battery has been great for me, which is lucky because I work 12 hour shifts and wouldn’t really have the opportunity to charge it mid-shift.
I have yet to use the Samsung pay feature, with the effects of COVID still ever-present in my area, I haven’t really had the opportunity to test it out, but I can definitely say it’s enabled.
The heart monitor and Bluetooth functionality have booth worked great, I have had no issues connecting to my phone whatsoever. The sleep tracking is accurate, and it also reminds you when you’ve been stationary for a while.
Switching between apps is simple and intuitive, and responds well, even with the additional screen guard on it. The screen is crisp and clear, and it’s easy to set your preferred watchface with the accompanying mobile app.
The rubberized band is good for me because of how easy it is to clean off, but thats more of a personal preference. There are a myriad of options to choose from online in terms of style, fashion, and fit if you’re not crazy about it as well.
Anyways, if it’s something you’ve been wanting, I say go for it.

This thing is great. Sure, the battery doesn’t last long, but I charge it daily at night, so it’s fine. It would probably last close to two days if I didn’t charge it. The apps it comes with work wonderfully and the customization is nice too. I played around with it for a bit, and now the order of the apps, and the settings are to my liking. It’s a nice size. Not too large for my wrists, and I would say that I have smaller wrists. The wheel works well and the buttons as well. It came used, but very little scratches. I think I put more scratches on it in the month that I’ve been using it. At $80 I think it’s a steal. I actually bought a custom band for it off of Etsy for about the same price. Kinda ridiculous how inexpensive smart watches are now. Really enjoying it so far!
