Hey board won’t connect wirelessly. Read others but was hoping. Cords don’t match. Can’t tell you about the rest because I can’t get into the computer without a working keyboard.

Computer works, keyboard does not –
When I opened my package, the keyboard was free floating in the box and not in the proper spot. I didn’t notice any damage, so I continued to set up the imac. I shortly realized that the keyboard isn’t even an apple keyboard, nor is it compatible with the imac (both bluetooth and plugging the keyboard into the computer did not work). The mouse is not an apple product either, but it works (for now). I think the only reason this is a “”bargain”” is because the price of the mouse and keyboard are subtracted from the original IMac price.

I read several bad reviews of the WOot sold iMacs so I had concerns with what I would get. The price was very good, so I decided to take a chance. The price was basically the other used iMacs minus a proper keyboard and mouse. I had just purchased a replacement mac keyboard not too long ago for the iMac I was retiring, my old magic mouse worked fine, and I didn’t absolutely have to get a color matched keyboard/mouse since I’ve never had that before.
When the package arrived I was happy to find very professional packaging, unlike some other folks who got Woot macs. There were plastic foam blocks cut and taped together to fit the machine and lots of thick bubble wrap. No complaints here on the packaging. The keyboard and mouse that came with it were junk, but they did provide two adapters so I could at least boot up the mac with the junk keyboard/mouse until I could pair my wireless ones. The machine itself looks flawless. I would never be able to tell it was used. Everything worked fine and it was at a good price, so that is really what I was looking for.

The iMac is very good – a definite upgrade from my 2012 iMac. When purchasing I didn’t notice the “generic keyboard and mouse” bullet point. Don’t care for what was sent. Good news is that I was able to set up the new iMac to use the keyboard and mouse from my old one.
