This printer is as good as new! Works great, no issues, setup was easy (although this is more due to HP), none the less, I’m a happy camper. As a side note, the packaging was incredible. I think it could have fallen out of the back of a truck at 60 mph and survived! Hats off to the shipping dept.

Always had good experiences with an HP LaserJet device. Had an older model for about 10 years. Its life ended but it was a great LJ. Went to an HP Ink Jet since the wife was Leary about spending the extra $200. MISTAKE! Don’t get me wrong, HP InkJet is a good printer but once you have gotten used to a LaserJet…there is no turning back.
So far so good…certified refurbished, great quality and won’t need to replace the toner for 6 months!

This is the second color laser Jet Pro I have purchased from HP. I upgraded to have an auto doc feeder. This unit is flawless and let’s face it, the cost per page is very low compared to my inkjet.

I FINALLY stepped up and bought my first laser printer. I did a lot of research and decided on this because it was compact and had a scanner/copier. Im very impressed with the print quality. Im used to inkjet so I wasnt expecting much, but I have to say that the colored graphics print very well. Not sure how the cost of toner will be or how long they will last, but I probably will purchase generic ink anyway.

So I decided to take a chance and purchase a refurbished HP Printer. It came out of the box looking good, nice and clean and the toner cartridges were installed…. this worried me but I didn’t see any toner so took the time to take it out of the box, set it up, and go through connecting to the internet.
I figured I do a simple color copy just to make sure it was working…… Paper Jam ON THE FIRST TRY!!!
Spent a bunch of time trying to figure it out, called Amazon support, was transferred and had to give them all the information again…. then after 5 minutes they told me that needed to transfer…… new person (HP tech support) need all the info again….. spent 15 minutes troubleshooting only to have them tell me that the printer should be returned !!!
Then I called Amazon and tey said since this was a 3rd party (Carrying Amazon’s refurbishment guarantee BTW) that I would now have to wait up to 48 hours for the 3rd party to call me.
C’MON Amazon if you are going to sell defective stuff you should at least have a better replacement/return policy.
BTW I owned this printer approx 15 minutes from the time I received it to the time it didn’t print even ONE SINGLE PAGE!!!
Do NOT buy refurbished from Amazon, they apparently have no issues selling defective products!!!

Purchased this refurbished laser printer and reached out to the seller due to the low toner levels upon receipt of the printer. After several communications, this seller offered a refund, a completely new printer that was refurbished, and other options provided to me that were completely acceptable. They did what they said they were going to do. The machine is a good machine and I have no problems with it, it’s just that it came in with very low toner levels. This seller made it right. They did it quickly, and I will buy from them again.
