Bought and installed these for the in-laws. They complained about losing signal in parts of their home. These took care of that issue. I have these in my own home too.

I wanted the stupid routers to use the Ethernet backhaul. Turns out the router that connects these has to be one of a few models. After got one of those routers, I was a happy user.

Nice mesh router system. Dual band- can expand with more nodes and easy GUI software for setup.
App has some great features of your into cyber security like I am, these are some nice features, two ports on each node to back haul with Ethernet (my preference)
And I like that I can control the network from another area as you can add more networks to the app and switch.
My 2nd set of these Decos and pleased with both. Will get some smaller nodes to add later

My old 3-station Deco mesh network got deepfried by a lightning strike (RIP SSID โMesh Potatoesโ) . I took the opportunity to upgrade to this newer technology – and Iโm glad I did (hello SSID โThreat Level Midnight). Using Ookla SpeedTest I find that every corner of my house gets the full bandwidth that my cable modem pumps out and a month in have yet to see a single hiccup. It also reaches out full strength to my garage, driveway, and back patio.

I mean the title says it all. Why on earth would TP-Link make a product that has mesh features, and then make another product that has different and incompatible mesh features? For context, I have a TP-Link AC1200 router that has plenty of features, including OneMesh. I bought the Deco W6000 thinking they would work as access points for my existing router. Apparently not. After doing some research, I discovered TP-Link also has another line of mesh products called Omada mesh, which is also not compatible with Deco or OneMesh. TP-Link has been solid for me, but their mesh products and features are a complete mess.
