Fits the size ordered and lies nicely on the bed. It feels good to lay on and support your body. Not a super thick mattress topper but does the job. You do not get hot laying on top of it.

I recently changed my Tempupedic medium mattress with a regular firm mattress, the reason is because I have lower back problems and the Tempurpedic mattress was doing more bad than good to my back. In terms of back pain or issues with my back when using the regular firm mattress, there is none, I really love this change. However, in terms of comfort, nothing beats a memory foam mattress.
I decided to try a memory foam mattress topper to see if I could improve comfort at night, the short answer is yes. This mattress topper is 2 inches thick, enough to feel a difference. The gel cooling foam controls temperature at night, keeping the mattress topper cool. The removable cover is made of a comfortable soft fabric with a non slip bottom.
If I could change one thing, it’d be making this mattress topper a bit firmer, other than that I highly recommend it.

Pros:
-Extremely comfy. The first night I had this product, I fell asleep by complete accident. That should tell you how comfy it is.
Cons:
-it does come with a weird smell, not super duper strong.. but its there. It goes away shortly.
Other Thoughts:
-I’m the type of person, when I lay in a bed, I want the bed to ingulf me. I feel like I need another one of these so I can stack them (4 inches instead of 2).

This memory foam topper came vacuum sealed and unfolded and expanded relatively quickly. It does not have a cover, which I knew when ordering it, as I needed a 2″ topper for a case I already had. You will definitely want some sort of case on this, or at the very least a mattress protector to keep it a bit more secured against your mattress.
The actual feel of the foam left me a bit disappointed. It’s light/soft foam, when I think of memory foam I think of something with a bit more firmness. I’m using it as a base underneath 1″ of bouncy latex though so though its not the ideal density for me it works reasonably well.
If you are looking for something on the very light and soft side, something to sink deep into, maybe to go over already very firm mattress, you will probably like this one. At this price it is a good deal as well. If you want something firm though you should look elsewhere.

This mattress topper is perfect for someone who likes a firmer, memory foam feel. If light and airy is what you are looking for then I would recommend something else. I have had great nights of sleep ever since I have put this on, so highly recommend!

I am pretty sure my mattress is too thick for this topper. I have tried it several times and it just keeps popping off on the corners. I have been advised to the top corners first and then the bottom corners. It takes a lot of effort to get it on in my limited space. The material is fine, fluffed/aired out well. Would definitely help make a thinner mattress more comfortable. It does have a cool feel. Will work with it again next sheet change.

I let this mattress topper expand for two days before putting it on my mattress. During this expansion period, my cat decided he loved the topper. After I put it on the bed, he decided to lay on the topper before I could put the sheets on.
Putting sheets on with the topper is definitely a hassle and a two person job. It was also difficult to smooth out the fitted sheet on the topper.
Initially, I wasn’t sure I liked this topper because I could feel the memory foam texture through the sheet but I got used to it after a couple of nights. I did not notice any weird smells from this topper but my husband said he did the first night we used it. It’s a memory foam topper so when you lay on it, it conforms to your body’s form. I’ve only used this topper for about a week but it seems like it’s good quality. I will update if any issues arise.
