I was so intimidated about setting it up and calibrating it that it sat in a box for a couple months. The instructions aren’t the best in terms of that, and I had to watch some youtube videos by users to figure out what I was doing. This is my first 3D printer ever mind you.
The slicing program it comes with seems to be a little overexcited about adding more supports. I put some pre-supported models in, and it wanted to add more. So aside from the RERF, I trusted the slicer and let it add some. The print was near impossible to get the supports off of. I wrestled with it for hours and a lot of things got damaged. So my second print I ignored the warning, I stuck with the pre-supports that came with the STL I was printing to see what would happen, and it came out beautifully. I would say if you are new like me, it is probably worth trying some of the 3rd party slicers that experienced people recommend so you can see easier if extra supports really needed added.
Ignoring the slicer and the instructions, I think it’s a really nice printer and the results are amazing. I’m glad I went with this model to have a decent size build plate. It fills up a lot faster than I thought with the way models needs to be tilted to support. The touch screen controls seem to work well and are pretty user friendly. The machine seems really sturdy and well made. The build plate is really easy to take on and off and secure. The vat is a bit more of a pain than I would like to be able to remove because the screws need to come all the way out. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase and think it was a great deal.

The auto leveling is a scam. It works one time out of the box, then it’s off and you’re stuck with a piece of expensive junk. Their 1 year warranty isn’t real as most internal parts have 3-6 months warranty and they expect you to be a technician to troubleshoot and replace yourself (if your lucky enough and the defective part is actually covered). Buy something else to save your cash.

My original review of this product was extremely negative. I have since gotten it to work with some assistance from the manufacturer and I feel like a revision is in order. My original printer’s LCD screen protector sheet became “foggy” after several prints. No, I didn’t spill resin on it! This caused nearly every print to fail and I only discovered the cause when I ran the LCD test and saw that only a little light was getting through the milky fog. Customer Service sent me several replacement screen protectors and I’ve since had no issues with them.
First of all, this is a nicely-made printer with a lot of cool bells and whistles. The resolution is great and the price is competitive with other printers with similar features. If I had to name a favorite feature, it would probably be the vat-cleaning system. If your print fails and you have bits of model stuck to the film at the bottom of the reservoir, activate the cleaning system at the 30-second level and you’ll have an easy-to-remove plane of cured resin that comes up with all of the failed model bits attached.
I wasn’t especially interested in the online controls but I fell in love with them after just a few uses. I keep my printer in its own isolated room away from people and pets so being able to start a print from my computer as soon as I finish slicing it is a nice treat.
However, there is one major downside to this device that needs to be mentioned. The printer has an auto-leveling feature that was the main selling point for me. My older printers required frequent re-leveling and it was usually the first step in solving any problems. I ended up getting quite good at it. This one has no capacity for manual leveling, which is nice when it works. However, there are times when the auto-leveling function just doesn’t work as well as a manual adjustment and there is nothing you can do but re-orient your print to a more stable position and add additional supports.
If you are having trouble, make sure the build plate was level when you tightened the nut. It has a tendency to let itself be fastened with a tilt if you aren’t watching out for it. Besides that, make sure your LCD screen protector didn’t go bad like mine. Aside from those two model-specific issues, follow any standard resin printer troubleshooting guides you come across and you should be good.
That being said, when this thing works, it works amazingly. The prints come out fast (about 75% faster than my older printers) and the details look sharp. So far, 100% of my prints have been for tabletop RPG use and wargaming. I print a lot of 25-35mm little heroes and they look great.

Man I was really happy to get into resin printing. I need to get some prints that I sell going and this was something I thought would up the quality of my work. I’ve been using filament printers for a few years and have done hundreds of prints. So when I got this unit I was excited to get going. That excitement faded fast. I had to revamp my whole printing space to accommodate a resin printing. just for the unit to fail every single print. I’m going through bottles of resin trying to get something usable. Before the 5th print the resin vat sprung a leak. this caused the print it was printing to fail as well of course and make a big mess all over the printer. So now I need to order a new liner or vat that’s another 30 bucks. this is a consumable so every 5-10 prints I’m going to have to replace this?! If I can’t get it to print its useless. I’m returning it and going to get another filament printer. they may not give the same level detail, but at least they get the job done.

Fortunately there has been no problem with the printer, the machine works perfectly, I recommend it to everyone and the price is super great, the only problem I had was with the delivery but it has nothing to do with the product, it is Amazon’s policies for the delivery of the product and I doubt that the driver came. As he said in the note that he had come, he tried to deliver it but that he had not found an answer when it is false because I was waiting for the product here until I was looking at the car outside, he never came in to knock.

I just started 3D printing and chose resin over filament just because resin printed figures have more detail. This comes as a kit with everything you need to get started. The only warning I would give is don’t use the metal scraper on the plate, it can scratch it up. I switched to a heavy plastic one. Also, buy a funnel for the filters when you pour unused resin back into the bottle. Other than that, it’s been very easy to get started in 3D printing.

100% recomendada, imprime muy bien no tan rapido como otros modelos de la misma marca pero bastante rápido y con muy buena definición, ya imprimà mas de 300 piezas y no he tenido 1 solo fallo
Jeyson Ardila –
No issues with the printer whatsoever, the issues that exist just come with resin printing itself
Still make sure to get it on a discount so that it is really worth it
