I have been using this calendar for years for work. I do not line lined blocks as they limit you in what you can write in the daily blocks. These blocks are adequate for recording tasks & meetings, etc. Seeing a month on the page at one time helps me with forward planning. I also love the fact it’s an 18 month calendar although I generally replace it annually around June/July to allow me to put dates in the future. It’s letter sized when closed so it integrates seamlessly into a file folder, stack of papers, or messenger bag. I will continue to buy this calendar as long as it’s available.

I had one of these in 2021 and I just got this one. Don’t know why I ever stopped. These things are good quality and comes out to about a dollar per month when everything is said and done. The ink looks a bit lighter than before, but it’s still a good quality product!

I’m a special ed teacher and I buy one of these planners every school year, going on 11 years. I have SO many meetings every month and do not have a administrative assistant to help me with scheduling and the timelines of federal law. It can be pure chaos. To stay on top of scheduling, I tentatively schedule meetings well in advance to manage my time. Doing so with a paper-pencil calendar works much better for me than only using a digital calendar. I map out my meetings with this planner, then make them official via Google.
I love this planner’s big blank boxes (I prefer no lines) and the monthly format, since I really need to see the month as a whole and don’t need additional pages for each week. I also love that this is large enough to slip 8.5×11″ papers inside- I tuck my annual one-page school calendar and other scheduling handouts inside the pocket or use as a bookmark for the current month.
I will add that I don’t use this as a daily lesson planner. This serves a separate but incredibly essential function in my daily life as a sped teacher.
If you use this planner, or any planner, pick a date of your choice and write in “thank a special ed teacher today”. My colleagues everywhere deserve thanks, not just for teaching individuals with disabilities, but also for the invisible enormity of work that is case management, paperwork, and MEETINGS.

I love the 18 month academic planner in the 9×11 size. The squares are large which I love cause I write big. The pages will allow me to write in pencil and easily erase if needed. I know lots of people will put a lot of calendar info on their phone, but I am older and used to doing things my way. Having the calendar start in July is great for me. Transferring all my notes from last year to coming year is a bit time consuming . Not something I like to do at the busy 1st of the year. Also I don’t need the weekly pages included in some desk planners. I like to be able to look at whole month at once. Others might really need the weekly pages.
