To me, regular A is perfect for a blend of music, if you are into rock, pop, blues, jazz, etc, this is the best for your drum set! If you are in heavy metal, then probably needs K for the darker sound
C. Freeman –

Package arrived, sold and shipped by Amazon.
zildjian factory seal was broken. Cymbals had scratches and a few stick marks.
Thanks Amazon!

The Seller had a box come in with a damaged cymbal and caught it before shipping it out to me. They communicated the problem and waited for a new set to come in to make sure my order was in perfect condition. They also threw in a few drums sticks for the delay in shipping. Wonderful communication and would buy from them again. Happy Drummer!

Excelente producto, sonido y tacto increíble
Lily –
Som brilhante e versátil. Excelente para pop, rock e gêneros semelhantes – apesar que, sincenramente, vai bem com tudo. O hi-hat é um show a parte. New beat 14, para o meu gosto, é um dos melhores hi-hats já feitos.
Kevin LeBoeuf –
worth every penney!

What can I say about A’s other than they’re great! Great classic sound. The 18” is especially nice as it can be used as a ride also, but still has a great crash sound. Very nice!
Pit Dad –
Great sounding cymbal pack just right for any music environment. Great product with the classic sound I was looking for.

The tone and balance of this cymbal set feels like they will work for many situations for a long time to come in a working band. The 14″ hats in this set have great tone and response, and are a fairly known quantity themselves. In my opinion they could stand to push a bit more volume live only at certain times, but the tone makes me forgive that and be fine with adjusting my playing a bit when needed. All I can go by for real is what other musicians have said after hearing them out front the first time they were used live. Clarity was mentioned a lot, both crashes. Balanced was mentioned too. The sweet ride works well, although over time I could see myself looking for something that splashes even quicker. That said, the comments from out front were very positive for the ride as well, it works for me. One thing a bit weird is that the crashes shred sticks if you are an edge player, worse than others I’ve played. It’s not chronic or anything, just something I noticed. Solution: buy more sticks…. I’d recommend these to anyone looking to upgrade their kit and get decent balance in the bargain and great hats that have stood the test of time. These will certainly open you up to the next level in your playing.
