I started cooking a year ago and I wanted to upgrade my pots & pans as everything was sticking to the ancient set I had laying around that I rarely used. I’ve been using these pots & pans for about a month & a half and I was certain rice cooked too long would stick, but, nothing sticks in these pots. Not even eggs. And they clean up looking just as new as the day I bought them.
I did receive one lid damaged and I have to say, their customer service is exceptional. I received a new lid within a week after sending them a photo the day I received them showing the damage. Not only were they super nice about it, the expedited everything. I also received a free set of measuring spoons as a gift that are magnetically held together. I was expecting much from the gift, but they are pretty exceptional nice!
And, initially, I was a bit worried about rust in the cooking area of the pots/pans in the reviews by several customers. I went to their website initially and I found a small blurb about seasoning the pots/pans if there was sticking issues or rust after using the pots/pans for a while. So, in most instances, I coat the pots and pans with olive oil before cooking. I’ve used them weekly and haven’t had a spot of rust on them yet.
Very happy with this set and would recommend to anyone.

The pots were very sturdy, looks very modern, I loved the handles as it seems like they will lost long and they are very comfortable to use, however it seems the heat penetrates the rubber on the handle and that can make it uncomfortable when the pot is heated.
Otherwise I’d say the products are pretty good and you get everything that is in the pictures

At first I was upset they said it was delivered and it wasn’t at all when I called they were so friendly and nice about it all and reordered them for me the wait was a little too much they were a gift for my moma When they did finally come they have been the best set I’ve ever bought for my moma she loves them and the color she will find something just to cook with them they clean easily they haven’t lost the coating in the pans there’s no black stuff chipping off they are really nice
