The product doesn’t last and fails to function after 45 days. Which falls outside of the return policy of 15 days … DO NOT BUY! 1 star was being generous.

I unpacked what turned out to be the best docking station of six others I had tried. Powerful, easy to set up, and consistent operations. The vertical format is ideal for setting up on a smaller desk.

I use this to connect Ethernet, two external monitors and a few USB devices to my laptop. I really like that it has additional ports in the front and a long cable which makes it a very helpful device that lays well on my desk.
Update: This product worked great for 5 months, then stopped working. Initially I had gotten no response from the company but tried again and within a few days I had a new item delivered to me which is working excellent.

This review is for the Baseus USB-C 4K Triple Display Docking Station. I was super excited for this product based on all the features (mainly the 3, 4k HDMI ports) and at such a great price point ($114.36 with tax).
After pulling my HP docking station and additional USB hub that this unit was replacing and then installing this unit I found that all the peripherals worked (mouse, keyboard, ethernet, audio, headset via USB) except the HDMI ports. I tried just plugging one of two monitors in, as others had tried to some success, but that didn’t work (after trying all HDMI ports). I then tried my personal laptop (HP vs my work laptop which is a Dell) and had the same experience, all USB ports work but none of the HDMI.
I tried further troubleshooting to no avail and then tried the Baseus website and found that it was a joke. No drivers to download although they have a page for downloads they just have a marketing video, a plug for their Apple and Android apps and only headers for drivers and manuals without links to said content nor content for troubleshooting guidance. And if you need support you have to register, submit a ticket and then wait for someone to get back to you, if they do.
The sheer lack of customer focus alone while troubleshooting is enough for me to drop a few stars but the fact that none of the HDMI ports work out of the box is just silly. Now I’ll be returning it after burning an entire evening troubleshooting that I’ll never get back.
My advice is to avoid Baseus products at all costs since they don’t seem to care about the customer experience based on their shoddy products and lack of resources for troubleshooting via their website.

I have been through numerous USB-C docks avoiding spending a small fortune, while avoiding the branded horribly rated Dell docks. This thing so far is awesome. Works fine without the power source for the HDMI, and USB communication. I plugged my Dell power pack into it, and no low power warnings!. One gripe I do have is the upright stand which is lose on the base, and there aren’t any rubber footings if you want to lay this down horizontally, which was my intention. I am trying to hide wires, not show off everything I have plugged in with this standing up.
Functionality AMAZING! Quality Control could use a few pointers. I was able to use one of the sticky rubber grip pads, and an HDMI angle adapter so that I could slim things down a good bit.
Worth the buy, especially compared to others on the market, and especially better and more functional than the Dell brand USB-C docks. I haven’t tried this with my MacBook Pro. To Be Continued…
UPDATE: So, after using this thing for a few days, I have decided to reduce the star rating.
MacBook Pro (16″ 2019) ~ I reread the page to see the dock duplicates a second screen with a matching third screen which totally defeats the purpose of buying a second one, I would call this Mac incompatible and call it false advertising even with the disclaimer. It is worth noting even though I am not using it, this dock did not provide the 96watts charging provided by the block. I did not bother searching for what it was providing, but I did receive an error of insufficient charging.
Dell XPS 9575 ~ After testing it for a few days using the factory provided power adapter, my laptop is receiving less than 60watts, while this is enough to maintain the charge under lite duty use, booting up anything strenuous sends the computer into a bios safety mode for power consumption (required 100watts, suggested 130watts). Also, I have noticed intermittent connection loss with my Logitech keyboard and mouse. The last issue I have noticed is Ethernet speeds are capped at 225mbs (tested on multiple devices and getting speeds of +950mbps). So, I am keeping it because it does still work better than most I have tested, but there is significant room for improvement.
My recommendation, keep shopping. Spend the money and buy an actual Thunderbolt3 dock, I splurged for my MacBook Pro, and bought a much less function dock, but I get 3 screens (including MacBook screen), USB 3.1 (with attached hub 3 USB 3.1 + 2 USB-C) and Ethernet with speeds of +950mbps. The search continues.

I rated this 5 stars when I got it on May 21, 2024. Then, all 3 HDMI ports stopped working. I contacted the seller and after uploading a video of the issue they sent me a new port. New port works fine. It will work on Windows 10 without downloading any special drivers, but if you look online they do have a driver available, which I wish shipped with the port, even if it was just as a QR code that linked to the drivers page. Nice port, looks really nice, and I like that the cord that plugs it into the computer can be detached, unlike on cheaper ports where it is built in.

yo probe con MAC; en general funciona ,pero si debes considerar que debes comprar/alimentar adicional la entrada de 100 w y la MAC por separado ,por lo menos yo la termine conectando de esa forma para que no diera error de desconexion de discos externos al USB;

¡La publicidad es super engañosa! En la publicidad y en la descripción prometen que funciona al 100% para Macbooks, inclusive se puede ver una imagen donde conectan 3 monitores a una macbook lo cual no funciona como debería. Me quedé muy decepcionado de este producto porque yo quería tener 3 monitores en modo extendido y solo te deje tener un monitor extendido y los otros dos te duplica la imagen. Los puertos sirven bien con la macbook, pero solo eso. Cabe destacar que intente hasta instalando los drivers de “disportplay”, por si de casualidad funcionaba eso pero no (el hub no tiene displayport al parecer, aún así hice la prueba).
No todo es malo, debo reconocer que para windows funciona muy bien, se pueden conectar 3 monitores a la laptop y a pesar de que se laggea algunas veces, creo que se puede trabajar bien, sin embargo yo no lo cobre para usarlo en windows por lo que regrese el producto.
